I went through the drive thru and ordered a caldo with corn tortillas and 1 taco. It took 20 minutes just to receive my order and the cashier handed it to me as if it was complete. I checked my order and the tortillas were missing. When I questioned it, she said well they are hand made and its gonna take longer to make them. She failed to communicate this to me earlier. She was going to let me leave with an incomplete order. Terrible service. 3 weeks later , I gave them a second chance and went inside and ordered a crispy taco plate. Service is still terrible. When I first started going here about a year and a half ago it was very good and cheap. But over the last few months, the food quality has dropped to the point I couldn't even eat it last two times I ate there. I told the manager and she said yah, yah, yah I will talk to the cook the first time the food was trash. The second time I went about a week later, the food was worse, and they still charged me full price even though I couldn't eat anything on the plate. Avoid this place like you did covid19. 1st time there I had the caldo de pollo my mom the caldo de res and my son had breakfast tacos bean n cheese and potato n egg and we were pleased food was very good. 2nd time I had the cheese enchilada plate and my son had tacos and again food was very good. 3rd time there me and my mom had the Menudo, and my son had the Texas plate which was 2 cheese enchiladas, carne guisada, rice,refried beans, a scoop of guacamole on top of a bed of shredded lettuce and 2 flour tortillas his plate looked and we tasted it and was very good.
