My House lounge — Restaurant in San Antonio

I visited this bar because i had a pool league match. So i attempted on at least 4 different occasions to order a drink from the bartenders behind the bar. On my first attempt the female bartender just gave me a very negative look and never asked what i needed after several minutes i went back to the pool table area. I went back about 10 minutes later and pretty much got the same look and still no drink. 3rd attempt i went to the end of the bar near the pool tables the male behind the bar brought the guy next to a drink but completely ignored me standing there with a $20 bill in hand. After being there over an hour one of my teammates finally brought a beer over to me (the bartenders servered him). I was shoot a match and sitting at the end of the bar i had finished the beer my teammate had gotten for me the female bartender served the customer sitting 2 seats away from me she seen i had finished my beer so when after she brought back the drink the other guy ordered she took my empty bottle made no effort at all to look at me as she walked to the other end of the bar i was actually reaching into my pocket for a $20 to get another beer but she was gone and made no effort to take a order from me. Now a bit about me i am a 25 yr retired Service Veteran i own 4 computer stores out of State to keep myself busy locally i oversee and or manage a restaurant and a bar 5-6 days a week. I'm writing this post while sitting in for one of my bartenders so she could go home early as i have about 10 customers playing darts at the moment. The bartenders at my house lounge have no absolutely no customer skills and i will be sure to pass this along to all those in leagues that might get stuck having to play a match at that place. The staff was ok even though they charged someone elses drinks on my card, the Republican National committee was playing on their tv upon entering which ended up causing a great political debate perfect for a bar full of people getting buzzed i wonder why someone got stabbed here, they also forgot my order which really isn't enough for the one star rating that they earned by actively discriminating against their customers base by limiting what type of music i would like to listen to while enjoying a beer with my friends. No system of a down is allowed no rammstein, no Eminem, no flobots, and the list goes on and on but they did allow kids pop and wheels on the bus go round so we loaded the jukebox with all the most ridiculous songs paid our over priced tab and bounce like a boss my music is not welcome well guess what neither is my money or my...

The bartenders are great but the overall experience has gone to rock bottom. They quit karaoke at 130 all of their karaoke nights and turn on the lights calm last call and start throwing people out at 130 too. I dont go out till midnight or a bit after and when they stop karaoke and serving at 130 it makes this a horrible place to go. They used to be better but now there are a lot of other places to go for the late night people. The number of people that go here have dropped way down. Plave is dead now for karaoke nights. Not fun to sing when there are less than 10 singers no matter what time you are at this place. Its not a good time hearing the same singers over and over again in a short time. Their prices used to be better too. That was easier to over look before they cut off karaoke and started throwing...
