I decided to visit your Hwy 151/Westover Hills Blvd location again this morning after being told last week that I could not get 3 bean and cheese tacos in my taco box order. I did receive a call from a district manager and apologized for my experience and that this would be corrected and agreed that I should be able to get bean and cheese tacos without issue. He offered me a free box of tacos which I declined because it was not my intention to get anything for free. All I want is to get my order right without having to jump through hoops. Unfortunately, the process was not changed. The gentleman at the menu board took my order and asked me what I wanted for the last 3 tacos. I told him that I wanted three bean and cheese tacos. He politely told me that I have to select from 3 other tacos. I stated again that I wanted 3 bean and cheese tacos. He took a moment to think and then stated that he could do it but he needed to let them know to add 3 more bean and cheese tacos. I paid and drove to the window. The young lady at the window repeated my order and no 3 additional bean and cheese tacos were stated; 3 chorizo and egg tacos were added. I told her that it was 3 bean and cheese not chorizo and egg and she stated that it already came with bean and cheese tacos. I am not sure if a manager got involved but someone else looked at the order and told me that it probably stated it on the other ticket. He asked me to park on the side and that the order would be brought to me. It was brought to me correct and quickly. I can't understand why it is so difficult to add an additional 3 bean and cheese tacos. It is a simple request and it is the lowest priced taco on the menu. My office team rotates every Friday to buy tacos and choose restaurants that are convenient to us on our way to work. Mine has always been Bill Miller but after a second disappointing experience, I don't believe I will be using Bill Miller again.
Disappointing Experience! I am a big fan of Bill Millers but I was really let down this morning. I used the drive thru to get a box of breakfast tacos. The attendant was standing at the menu board. He asked what were the last three tacos I wanted. I told him that I wanted bean and cheese. He stated " I can't do that." I asked "why not?". He stated that I can only choose from three other tacos and he can't separate the order with bean and cheese. First cardinal rule of customer service is you NEVER say "I can't"', especially if I'm paying for it. I told him to cancel the order and I drove off. I drove 6 miles further to another breakfast taco place and got exactly what I ordered. What makes it even more upsetting is that I work one block away with 90 employees who use Bill Millers because it is convenient to us. I will never get breakfast tacos from Bill Millers and will definitely share this experience when I'm training my team on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMost of the staff was friendly. Food was NOT good. The slaw is the WORST slaw I've ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. I told my husband that this was the worst slaw, even worse that his late grandmother's. I've made slaw enough to know that you don't douse it in vinegar. The sliced brisket was more fat than beef but what was there was fantastic. I usually love the sausage offered at bbq restaurants... I was even surprised by this because it was no kind of goo. My meal was supposed to come with "hashbrowns" and didn't. I believe I ordered the Rancher, which says it includes 2 meat options and 3 sides. It didn't come with them and after the slaw dressed in vinegar alone and the potato salad having the tang of vinegar... no one in our party liked our food with the exception of 2 of the 6 kids in our party who ended up sharing 2 orders of chicken strips and fries. Only one of the kids was offered or asked what they wanted their sides to be. This was a comedy of errors and while we aren't from anywhere near Bob Miller establishment won't be something we'll be doing again that doesn't even come close to putting the comedy into a comedy of errors. This was more of a trainwreck that was already off the rails before we walked in the door. My husband said the brown beans were quite tasty as were the the sweet tea. Other than that... this is some place I will never enter again. Not an extremely inexpensive meal and the best part of the experience was leaving (and drinking the tea). Sad that I can't leave 0 stars... and a negative amount would be most accurate. Awful meal. Won't make this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust had a very disappointing experience with staff at the Bill Millerās restaurant on Westover Hills. I placed an order at the drive through for several meats. I asked the female answering the drive through bell if they could carve the brisket instead of putting it through the meat slicer. All she had to do was say no. Instead, she replied in a sarcastic way that it didnāt matter if the brisket was sliced or carved, it came out the same. I proceeded with the order and drove up to the window. There was a male at the window so I told him what happened. He apologized & said he would get a manager. A female (who I thought was a manager) came to the window where I explained what happened. This lady also apologized and said she would talk to whoever had taken the order initially. The only regret I have is that I didnāt get her name which she didnāt offer either. We paid & left. When I arrived at home I discovered the brisket had indeed been sliced and not carved as requested. This is the most disappointing visit Iāve ever had at any Bill Millerās store. All these people had to say was they couldnāt carve the brisket. Instead, they lead me to believe they would. In thinking about the experience I really donāt think the female that came to the window was the real manager either. I will never patronize this store again for brisket because I donāt trust they will honor my request. The brisket was sliced thin and it dried out. I could have bought cardboard...
