DO NOT GO HERE!
This is the 3rd time in the past few months that we have got our subs missing the meat. For a business that only makes sandwiches, this seems a little ridiculous, but I wish I was making this up. Just got our order and got back to work to eat, missing meat in the Beach Club. Naturally called to let them know and see what can be done. Manager did not apologize and said “you can bring it back and we’ll remake it.” I’m at work now and unable to leave so I asked, “can you send a driver with a new one and you can have this one back, to which he said “That would be an inconvenience to my driver that did not deliver your order.” WOW. Your store employee did his job of making a simple sandwich incorrectly and you are concerned with how this may inconvenience you!? The manager was not apologetic, did not care this has happened before, nor offer any other solution than come back or take it as is. Worst customer experience I’ve seen lately. Jimmy John’s is independently franchised and I would strongly suggest you choose another one to go to. This place is horrible. It cant be that hard to make sure all the ingredients in your sub are there specially if that’s all your job requires. Read moreThis location used to be one of my favorite places to eat. It has slowly gone down hill. Tonight however, was terrible!! I placed an order for delivery, waited over an hour. Called them to see what was going on, the said the driver was on the way. I live 4 minutes from this location, I waited another 20 minutes, then called them back and told them I was just gonna come up and pick my order up in person. When I got there I told them I was there to have my order remade, they said fine then just continued making other orders. After a few minutes the kid came to the counter and said I can go ahead and take payment for that order. I said at this point I would prefer to make a payment after you start making my order, at that time the other young man that was working there said OH MY GOD, I Guess I can start making it now, while rolling his eyes, then picked up another loaf of bread, I had order unwhiches, they don't have bread. I left just telling them not to bother. I use to eat here a couple of times a month....
Read moreThis location was okay overall. The workers need to have more social skills as my cashier seemed timid and didn't talk throughout the ordering process or even smile which made it awkward. He walked away without saying anything so I assumed to grab the receipt when another employee said no which led me more confused but I said okay and stepped back. I stood awkward where normally other restaurants locations are like "your order will be out shortly" or say hi upon entering. The vibe was kinda weird and it wasn't even busy so I just didn't understand where the customer service was. In the end I got my order without my receipt but I just wanted to leave after that weird encounter so I didn't bother to ask. My order was accurate and I waited like 5 minutes which was good. It was close to home so it was a convenient location but might try another sandwich...
