The only reason I keep coming back to this store is because it is the closest one to my house. But I do not see how I can continue this any longer. I have been a JJ customer for over 15 years and I am seriously disappointed!
Today I ordered 2 veggie sandwiches (I am a vegetarian) and a Cajun Chicken sandwich on wheat for my husband. The staff member started adding stuff to my sandwich without removing the bread inside first, so I had to ask him to do this. Then he proceeds to add BROWN WILTED LETTUCE to my sandwich. When I stopped him and asked for fresh lettuce, the store manager mumbles something about issues with the produce supplier, but still managed to locate a tub of fresh lettuce in the back - go figure) There was no onion available so he had to peel and cut some VERY non-symmetrical slices for my sandwich right in front of me. And to top it all off, the guy who was making my food then proceeded to add HAM to my VEGETARIAN sandwich!!!!! I swear, you can't make this up!!! When I asked him what he was doing he looked so confused and then removed the ham and then finished making the sandwich. He had no consideration for the fact that the ham that I did not want had now touched everything on my sandwich, And these guys wants me to add a TIP to my bill when paying for the food (which I did, but now sorely regret)!!!!!
If I would have chosen the drive through I would have arrived at home with 2 Vegetarian HAM sandwiches with brown and wilted lettuce and the bread left in.
The crazy thing is - the store owner/manager never bothers reaching out to follow up and try to make things right. This is not the first time I have had issues here - I would venture to say I consider myself lucky if they get the order right. The people who work here needs some serious training on how to make a sandwich, not to mention customer...

Then the Manger making the orders was so slow. No wonder yall have no bread and can't make the orders on time. You would think for a manager you would know how to manage employee breaks instead of blaming them for going on break all at once. As a manager it is your job to manage breaks accordingly to your service needs. "Freaky Fast" definently does not apply at this location service is freaky slow. I said no I have a long way to drive. Can I sub that since you don't have lids or discount the combo price? He put the girl back on and didn't answer my question. When she came on she ignored what I asked and continued to ask if that was all.
