Triple Threat!!! Lousy Service, Clueless staff and Absent Owner
We went to this restaurant we were seated quickly and than were ignored. We noticed that there were plenty of people seated but there didn't seem to be many of them eating.
We saw the waitstaff walk past, look at us and walk past. We were seated in the center of the restuarant.
After 18 minutes decided to leave.
I looked for someone in charge and there didn't seem to be anybody there. I approached the cashier and told him that we had been ignored. His giggling response was, "Wow, that is harsh. I don't know anything about that." I answered, "OK, can you find anybody who is in charge." He called behind the counter into the kitchen. A young woman came out and I explained that we had been seated and than ignored. She said she would talk to the waitresses about it. She made no move to ask to reseat us with the proper attention. I said it seemed that she didn't seem to be very attentive. I asked for the proper information so that I could talk to the owner, whose name is prominently displayed on their health certificate. Her response, "Its going to be hard to find him because he only comes in on pay day."
What a joke. Now I understand why they didn't seem to care. He just shows up on pay day.
If you want to gamble with your time and your respect, have at this place. As for me, there are lost of good Pho...

Ordered some pho with nam p10 in it and some vietnamese rolls well when the pho arrived it medium on temperature not hot but not cold. Did the taste test with the spoon the broth was not only watered down but re heated up a few times as it had a dark color and not brown ish color. On a rainy day when the water makes puddles when there's motor oil on the ground the oil floats up above the water giving it that bad we don't mix well look and bit of a rainbow look. Well that was the broth. The noodles were plain more than they are supposed to be. The flank was decent. About half way thru the bowl since it does have a nice size to it the pho was cold since it had come out medium hot. Then the entrees came out they where rolls alright had a after taste to it the sauce they brought with it helped a lot. Now this place does sell boba but i was to traumatized to even give it a try. Again thru out the staff would be in and out checking on me not bad. Things that would help the place. A better pho cook, some music or tv volume its so awkward listening to the conversation of 3 tables over. Location is good and inside doesn't look that old but real atmosphere dead. WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL...
Read moreIf you get over charged for your food; whatever you do ... DO NOT TELL THEM! You might get assaulted by a server! 2 weeks ago I went in for the same Pho and summer rolls. I left scratching my head thinking I over paid, i'll let them know next time. BIG MISTAKE!
As I the lady swiped my card, and I noticed it was the same gal that charged me last time, so i mentioned she had over charged me... - and before I could even finish. She got crunk' and wildn' out on me! Apparently, I was "q-zing her" because I couldn't provide my receipt!? She pointed to the top portion of my (current) receipt, and tried to tell me "who ever cashes them out, there name is right....." then she looked at the receipt and noticed her name was not "Mario". Her voice escalated as she invited me to her side of the counter to "bring it on". I can't believe I actually thought about it... I asked her why she was getting so loud? She "threatened" to bring out the Manager, and the Owner... this I did accept - Instead, the guy working the counter with her, rubbed her back , and tried to play management roll until she proceeded to cut him off and keep yelling. Even the dine in customers shook their heads in amazement as I left the building.. I've ran into my fair share of rude servers but this one...
