I have to start by saying that the ice cream was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d rather be focusing on these factors and giving the place five stars for its fun menu… but I can’t give it any more than two for how unsanitary the bathrooms are and the implications of the business’s health and safety standards. Our children needed a quick hand and face wash after enjoying their waffle cones, so we needed to use the bathroom. Kudos for the bathrooms being gender neutral, but no kudos for the toilets, floors, walls, sink pedestal, etc. being absolutely gross. There are innumerable layers of pee on the base of the toilets and on the floor around the toilets. The soap dispenser was continuously leaking liquid soap all over the sink and onto the floor. These restrooms had not been cleaned to a minimum standard of being sanitary for employees or customers to use. They had not been cleaned properly in a very long time, as if they belonged to an outdoor rest stop. Considering how gross their bathrooms are, I can’t trust that their food preparation area is safe from whatever the staff is exposed to when they must use the bathroom, let alone the food and drinks they are serving. I hope they can rectify this and make a dedicated effort to Always cleaning their facilities with an abundance of care. There needs to be better oversight and responsibility taken by the owners and management to prevent food-borne illnesses and contamination for the safety of their staff and customers.

I love when creative meets ice cream. And this place gets it. An ice cream shop with an Asian twist. Your ice cream and toppings are wrapped in a Hong Kong egg waffle. Having been to Hong Kong, I saw so many street food vendors selling these egg waffles. Never got to try it and who would have thought it would be here in San Antonio! Haha. Choose your ice cream, from Unicorn flavor to Plum wine, to plain old vanilla or chocolate. Choose 4 toppings. The toppings are asian-ified, like mochi or green pocky (thin breadsticks dipped in cream flavor, at least that's how I would describe Pocky's). You can also get sprinkles or almonds, etc. Then you choose your sauce: caramel, strawberry, chocolate, or condensed milk. It might be a little pricy but you get that from a new mom and pop shop. $7.50 each. I gave it 4 stars and not 5, because my friends and I came to a consensus aaaaand...the ice cream to egg waffle ratio is disproportionate, more waffle, not much ice cream. Sad face. But the Hong Kong egg waffles are fluffy and yummy, and goes great with ice cream!

Not very impressed with this place. We got a matcha ice cream with strawberries, mochi, green tea pocky, and sweetened condensed milk, and a taro boba tea. They were just okay. The boba however had chunks of unblended ice in it and wasn’t as sweet or as flavorful as other boba shops we’ve frequented. The waffle was decent and seemed fresh. We also ordered gyoza which was actually pretty yummy! But it came with no dipping sauce, and the picture on the counter showed it with a small container of sauce so I asked and was just given a singular packet of soy sauce for an entire container to split between two people. The staff seemed hurried and busy, but not impolite. The building though was kind of icky. There were zero napkins anywhere, and the trash was piled sky high. It was also the only trash can for the entire lobby. It didn’t seem worth it for the drive or the price.

Don't know I was being discriminated...why? Because It said on Sunday they open 1pm but the door was lock... I wasn't too early. Because it was 1:05 and saw couple of people enter before me because I was looking to lock my bike. When got to the door it lock... maybe I thought those couples was workers but they not because there were ordering their ice cream. I was little confused trying to look another door but there were some other business and I guess maybe there's the same business and have way to enter from inside but no. So I look up online if the time was right if they open and it say 1pm on Sunday and on the door it said the time when they open it say Sunday 1 pm too? Come back the door try to open back and forth it was definitely lock and I see people regular people there I see coworker just staring at me doing nothing even the manager just ignoreing me? I'm very confused and feel like little discrimination because I went all this way with my bike On a hot day just to try their famous waffle ice cream. I don't know if I scared them or something...I'm just a regular person try to get out enjoy the summer but why the door was locked or why didn't they do anything... don't know any of the people there, it's my first time. I tried to call them if I was being misunderstood but it seemed they hang up the phone and I to talk a friend who went there last week ask where's entrance and she said is the front door that's look like a house door... go figure is to one it...

You get 4 "toppings" and one sauce with your ice cream. A man took the order and a girl made it, but when she handed it to me I realized it was not what I had ordered. 2 of the 4 toppings were wrong and there was no sauce. I figured I had gotten someone else's by mistake so I politely said to the girl Excuse me, this isn't my order. She snapped That's what it says! and shoved the ticket in front of me and went back to doing what she was doing. The ticket was wrong so I told her again, This isn't what I ordered. She sighed and ignored me, so I said I would be fine with just adding the one topping I had been really looking forward to trying and don't worry about the rest. She still ignored me until the man at the checkout waved at her and said Just do it. I was taken aback by how rude she was and how no effort was made to apologize or figure out what had happened and correct the order on anybody's part. She grumpily handed me the topping without saying a word. We couldn't sit down to enjoy because there was only 3 or 4 tables and they were full. And on top of the horrible service, one ice cream cost $8.50 and they tell you (not ask) to leave a tip! I've never in my life been asked to leave a tip at a ice cream shop or any place where you just get your food from the counter, they didn't serve us. They make you tip before you get your food so it cost us almost $10 for one ice cream cone with a couple cookies on top. Not worth it and...
