Storm Crab Seafood & Bar — Restaurant in San Antonio

My girlfriend has been wanting to come so we chose this as our date spot for the weekend. We went around 4pm on a Sunday. From the food to the music to the service, everything was excellent! I highly recommend coming, especially if you are into seafood boils. I would grade the quality in the crab meat and shrimp higher than those of other seafood boil places. Our server, Ricardo, was very attentive throughout the entire dining experience. The crab meat wasn’t stuck to the shell and we were able to gently pull out pieces of meat. I would say that the spice level was scaled down so if you like spicy, don’t hesitate to go straight for the fire. Apart from how good the food was, do not overlook the cocktail menu. I had an amazing dining experience at Storm Crab last night. The ambiance was inviting, and the seafood variety was outstanding, with perfectly prepared crab that melted in my mouth. The waitstaff kept our table spotless and the timing of each course was spot on.

So food is good, may come back again for more but our server was not the greatest. A spilled water glass, food before appetizers, alcoholic drinks that arrived by the time we were almost done eating, and then the boil that was brought but not offered to be done for us.. kind of ruined our first experience. I’ll revise the post if we go again but it’s more info so management can do what they can.
