This is a hidden gem! Y'all should try it soon! The ceviche was fresh and very flavorful. Other places I usually have to add lime, salt, something...but not here! It is not pre-mixed, they make it when you order it; you can keep anything you don't like out (I don't like spicy so I asked for no jalapenos, my friend asked for no onion or cilantro) and they even offered to add tomato sauce if I preferred that over "natural". Just had dinner at La Cima and it was amazing! 🌮✨ Elivia took great care of us super friendly and attentive. We ordered the aguachiles, agua fresca, and the mojo de ajo plate. Everything was delicious, but that mojo de ajo really stood out hands down one of the best I’ve ever had! It had pieces of crunchy garlic on top and was packed with flavor. Plus, the music vibes were on point with the jams playing in the background. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming...

This is by far the best ceviche place in San Antonio!!! I'm so picky too. It comes with shrimp fish and squid. I'm so happy they were able to make it without the squid, most places don't like to make changes. I do feel like they need to make the place look a little nicer, but still, this is a great place!! I'm planning on trying out more items...
