I hope someone one from corporate or higher up see’s this review…. The night manager I believe her name is “Alice” has the attitude of someone who does not want to do her job or take care of its customers or in this case ride share drivers…. I came in at 830 to pick up an online order for Uber and as soon as I walked through the door she says “if you are here to pick up an order we don’t have it” before I could even say anything…. Then I proceeded to tell here the name of the order and she said “yes that one” she said that she has not received any orders from Uber since 8 o’clock at all and that she cannot make the order cause she won’t get paid…. I told her if I don’t pick up this order I won’t get paid and she shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care and proceeded to keep cleaning mind you they don’t close till 9pm but they are cleaning as if they close in 5 minutes and she had this “I’m done working for the day attitude” so then I say I’ll just call Uber and see what can be done and she says just call then to cancel it…. I’m trying to get paid I’m not just trying NOT to work…. So I call and speak to an agent and the agent Informs me that she is going to try and get them to manually input the order so I can pay for it and I tell the manager they are going to call her phone and she shrugs at me again…. Her phone rings and the agent tells her about manually doing the order and the manager says she won’t do it and that’s it and hangs up…. Read moreI love Firehouse subs they have the best sandwiches for our family. I would give five stars if it weren't for the hassle I get of order the deluxe platters. I'm not sure what your actual policy on ordering this platter. First time they told us we need to order 24 hours in advance so we did for the next day in the evening almost didn't honor cause it wasn't within 24 hrs. but with good faith they honored it anyways. Second time I called within 24 hrs. for same platter spoke to person stated I could just come in I explained how they had hassled me before about 24 hr rule. I didn't know I was speaking to the manager and stated it wasn't like it was a huge order it was something can be done in a few minutes while I wait. 3rd time no problems they made the platter no issues now it's our 4th time here I order the deluxe platter again cause it's what my family loves to eat. The girl at the counter again states I have to order within 24 hrs she didn't think she was able to do it when I stated I wanted it right now. I explained I was told by a manager from this location I could just come in and order at the store with no hassle. She states she needs to text her manager to see if possible I almost decide just to walk away when she stated she would do it for me. So I am waiting for my order but I just hate that when I order the deluxe platter I get mixed reviews on their sub order policies. We were told next time we need to place our orders online because we are slowing down their process (only one other customer). I explained how I couldn’t because our work doesn’t allow those websites on our computer. One worker just kept having a lot of attitude towards it and it was unprofessional in my opinion.
