The place overall is okay, not the best though. But what made me leave a review was because I get that they are trying to be clean and sanitary but when you are wearing gloves to prepare the food and then you take an order and take cash from multiple people and you proceed to just rinse those gloves with just water it is no longer clean or sanitary for you to go back and start preparing snacks with those gloves. This was a new ice cream shop my kids and I wanted to try it looked like it would be good. So we put in our order and when we got it I was really disappointed on the cup of ice cream my kids got the1 scoop was obviously really small in portion for almost 4 dollars I would have thought the scoop would be bigger and then I waited for my order that took a bit longer and i wasn’t able to enjoy my snack with my kids due to it taking longer to make. I bought fresas con crema 12 oz cup and was so disappointed. I received what looked and tasted like melted ice cream topped with cool whip with the strawberries. The cream “crema” is supposed to be thick, it’s not supposed to be liquid. I’ve bought fresas con crema at different snack places and it’s never like this.
