When I walked inside this restaurant, there were literally no customers. I ordered an enchilada plate with one barbacoa taco and a sweet tea with water. After I finished eating, I requested the check. Upon inspecting it, I noticed a $6 charge for my sweet tea. Their menu states that no free refills are included, and each refill costs $1.75. $1.75 multiplied by two refills equals $3.50. So, if I was charged $6, where did the other $2.50 come from? I explained this to the manager, whose translator explained that they are now upcharging their prices, but that wasn't reflected on the menu. How am I supposed to know, as a customer, what I am being charged? By law, you are supposed to only charge what is on the menu. Charging customers' hidden fees at a restaurant is literally fraud. I will never go back to that restaurant again. EVER!!

The food is always so much for the price you pay it’s well worth it. The seafood caldo was the best thing I’ve had there. Never had mussels until Victoria’s. I will continue going there hungry and ready for more delicious...
