Showed up Tuesday evening for a regular $7.99 Hot-N-Ready. I'd usually use drive thru since these type pizzas are ready to go as soon as pay. Not sure what was up Tuesday night but it was ridiculously screwy. Store management was nil to none. New employee at counter, ALONE! NO PIZZA ready nor made! Had a line of HANGRY father's and husbands there to order and pickup their families dinner. Bless their hearts, gotta give to those family men. They were so patient and tolerant even the ones that had been waiting well over 30 minutes at least 2 nearer to an hour. The manager was in the store, doing what? NOT THEIR JOB! When I finally got to counter after standing by door almost 20 minutes a young guy comes out and I mentioned the Hot-N-Ready. HEe says ma'am you can order one but it will be at least 30 mins. before ready. Are you kidding me? First of all why would anyone wait over 30 mins on a product that should have already been available? Second, that 30 minute time that was given was false. Just by the amount of guests waiting on orders that were not coming up means they were so far behind they couldn't get any Hot-N-Ready out for at least an hour. Impossible due to lack of organization, experience, and management working with limited equipment. Think about it, Domino's & Pizza Hut can have your order made up, boxed, & delivered within 30-45 minutes even on peak hours and nights. And because of the major lack of care to resolve such a mess that was no one's fault but the manager working Tuesday night I left without ordering. I wasn't going to be subjected to a product that corners were cut to get out. Because at that point that's the only way to get out of that mess. Rather than turning away some customers by speaking truth to get caught up they'd have to be cutting corners. All while playing around & cutting up in the back, just throwing the pizzas together. Sad! Will drive the extra mileage to avoid...
Read moreThe customer service at this location is atrocious. My girlfriend and I stopped by tonight at 6:30. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pepperoni's and an Italian cheese bread. Upon entering, no one was in the lobby and one car had just left the drive thru. One other vehicle was out front waiting. The cashier was prepping pans, saw come in and then waited a full minute or two to greet me. Her voice initially barely a mumble. I asked how her day was and she proceeded to complain about how long she's been working that day. I ordered my food and was told my order would be brought to my car in 10,15 minutes. I waited until 7 and went inside. After asking the cashier for the managers name and the corporate phone #, she told her manager and the managers response was "why?" When the manager came to speak with me, she told me the reason my order wasn't out was thaty bread was still cooking. After telling her an Italian cheese bread does not take a half hour to cook, she proceeded to give me an excuse about how she couldn't find any good people to hire, and that it was because the area she was in. I told her I wanted her name and the corporate #, and she gave me her store #. I then realized I didn't have a marinara for any of my items, and of course was charged the full $1.08 after asking for one. Absolutely unprofessional. This is in no way okay in my eyes. This manger should not be allowed to keep her position, and if she is I truly feel sorry for her entire crew. And to boot, the lady never gave me her name. I will be contacting corporate. And am truly hoping this woman was not the general manager. If so, she will never receive my business, or...
Read moreI did not find the option of - 5 stars or the option of no stars, This establishment is undesirable from every point of view from employees who clearly hate their job because they serve the public like dogs to some scammers who robbed me hear me well robbed me debiting my savings account the equivalent of a purchase and to hide everything did not give me an invoice arguing that the system was bothered I was told to pass in three days and these scammers between those two women who look anything but good people and a guy who is a good guy. I was told to come back in three days and these scammers among these two women who look like anything but good people and a guy who attends the cashier who is not known if he is an employee of this company because most of its employees in front of the cashier do not wear any uniform that identifies them as such. That is why I believe that these thugs who rob people are not employees of this pizzeria. I would like to add that both the service is undesirable and the place is extremely hot which makes me think that I should file a complaint to health because that heat must spoil the food inside in the kitchen area, I could go on and on but I strongly urge you to refrain from going to this place or any of their franchises since all their employees were trained to kick the people who give them to swallow the companies ie we customers make all these disabled employees have a salary to...
