Look, the food isn't that bad (although the carne asada feels like it's marinated in pure oil right before they serve it to you) but what's really bad is the people who work there. I've been there 6-7 times now and every time I go there are 2 guys, I guess they don't know that I know fluent Spanish and I heard them say something nasty about my body, they're lucky I didn't tell my husband.. Once, I even saw them laughing at another customer because he dressed a lil different, and I know he saw it too.. I felt so bad for him. Then, last night I went because most other things were closed. There was 2 women in the truck... I hoped they'd be nicer, but NOPE! The girl at the window was so dry and rude. Then as she handed me my food I smiled and said "thank you" and she just slammed the window without any response at all. Then as I drove home I thought to myself, I just put money in THEIR pocket, they should be thanking ME. These people are so disrespectful that I woke up this morning with it on my mind still. I know it's my fault for going back after so many red flags, but it was just inconvenient for me to drive elsewhere and they're like 2 minutes away from my house. That was the last time I will go there though. I love supporting small, local, Latino-owned businesses, pero no mas! Yalls nasty attitude just lost you a long time customer who ordered big orders to feed my whole family. Good...
Read moreI ordered 2 chicken fajita tacos, asada burrito with everything inside, and a chicken fajita bowl, absolutely delicious. I tried the sauce that came with my order with a fry. Not sure if ehat to call it, it was super hot and fiery spicy. It might of been a chili queso sauce not sure. All I know is it was extremely spicy. My friend tried some of the same sauce and it was so spicy to where he said his hair was literally standing up, nose running, and he had drank 3 cups of water and his mouth was still burning but he wouldn't stop eating the chicken fajita tacos. Overall the food was very good. I still give 5 stars and will be back but not ordering no more chili or that...
Read moreI've always seen this location while shopping at HEB. One day, my friend told me to try it. I didn't hesitate. First day I'm a fan. The food is top notch, extremely savory and true to Mexican roots. I am Mexican and the homemade salsa, on par with what you would get in Mexico. The staff and owner are bar none the best. They are friendly, honest and KNOW how to cook. Your food always comes out fresh and hot ready to enjoy. I've been here for the last 7 days eating and will never change to another location. If you have not tried Quesamia, do it! You will not regret it. Everything is amazing but if you need a quick carb boost get the burrito. Amazing, inexpensive...
