McDonald's — Restaurant in San Antonio

Food was fresh, value was good, nostalgic time, friendly and attentive staff, clean, quick, easy easy.

Every time I crave McDonald's nuggets, it HAS to be their nuggets. NOT every time I crave nuggets must it be from McDs, but sometimes I want that specific bite. And all my life it's been the same (give or take) and I get the same sauce... HONEY. I've never met another person who does, but this was was my Happy Meal and it still is. I very much enjoy customizations in food apps, especially salt. However, I would go with NO Salt next time, because light salt still felt like a salt bomb. Also, there was a "salt" option (no pepper, just salt) for the burger... I'm not sure what that's about, but a first for me.) Everything was fresh and on par with the cost (small savings thanks to the app) and I look forward to next year's craving (for me, anyway.)

Bonus background story: I mentioned the Monopoly game to my mom and the next day she had a craving for McDonald's. Not for the game, just for the food. For the first time in.... I'm not going to do that math, but suffice to say it's not her go-to (fast food in general, really), but our regular burger place was closed and again, the ear worm got her. My My friend asked how I did with the Monopoly game. I told them it was just as funsatisfying as I remembered... All the buildup, but no peel off stickers, and now I've got Marvin Gardens and St....

Appearance: This place was very dirty. It was first thing in the morning and the floors were dirty, the drink station was filthy with dried soda stains on the dispensers and the drains, the tables had dried water spots from what seems like a poor attempt to wipe down with dirty rags. The ordering counter was filthy with a bag of something on it that sat there my entire visit. It looked like coffee ground stains all on the counter. They also didn't have napkins available. When I asked for napkins they gave me two when I had a table of three people. I didn't see the bathroom.

Service: The service was terrible. No one was at the register for a few minutes upon my arrival. Me and three other customers just stood there talking amongst each other. The staff was not friendly. They seemed more annoyed with me being there. Ordered three big breakfasts. The eggs were very small thin portions. Hash browns weren't ready but not a deal breaker until they took forever to make. They didn't offer any butter or jelly. When I asked for some after I received my meal they gave me two butters and two jellies, and we had three big breakfasts and not enough for our order.

This was by far a terrible visit. To top it off the coffee was extremely weak and tasted bad. I think McDonald's coffee is amazing but this was not. Avoid this place. It needs...

Honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone at the point. I go here on my lunch break because they have great prices and usually it is fast and easy going. The last two times I have been, they pull me up with no reasons as to why. And then when they pull me up there is a 10 min wait time waiting for cold food. This time today I go thru on my 1 hour lunch break and I place my order and the second one. I know I have to pay 96 cents for the remaining of my order, and the cashier said I was good to go. Didn’t give me a receipt. I get to the window and they are giving me the second order but not the first. They say they have no record of the order as I saw on the screen and my mobile app took 6000 points from me and I cannot get back manager was rude! Didn’t wanna help and kept interrupting me as I was speaking . I use to be an assistant manager and I could never treat any customer like this. This is unacceptable and the way this establishment is going you minus well close up. I need to be contacted by upper corporate please!

Edit: I STILL HAVE YET GOTTEN A COMMENT FROM ANYONE. No call or nothing. Customer service really isn’t the same. I don’t care about points i had money to pay for a meal, I just didn’t feel like it. It just becomes the principal now. And I’m truly disgusted and...
