McDonald's — Restaurant in San Antonio

Went here some time and there is a black manager that wears fake gold jewlery that was super rude. They had the gate closed and was only doing drive thru i had no car at the time and i work close by so i went in through the gas station that is connected to this mcdonalds and she told me you might as well order you already crawled under the gate i order a 20 piece nugget and asked for ketchup and ranch. When i saw my food getting ready to be handed to me i reminded her about the sauces i wanted and she told me i have it all on the screen you dont have to tell me again and i knew that was so rude and i asked for her name then another black manager told het you dont have to give it to him so she grew more guts and told me not to come back here and i told her ive been coming here and there for lunch and i never have had an issue so yes i will actually come back and she told me well we wont serve you. Ive been told this location refused many of my employees i have no idea why. If i rememebr correctly the manager in a white shirt with fake gold her name was requisha or something. She shouldnt be hard to single out with all that fake gold. Employees like that need to be checked by whoever is above them and in this case her manager sat right there and encouraged her awful customer service. Not acceptable mcdonalds. Fire and replace if you have to because yes i may be one customer but thats all it takes to get a bad rep. Tried this place againnnnn on 2/20/22 same black women with fake gold a manager slams the window on me cuz she got the orser wrong when i was clear the 1st time what in the worlddddddd i drove off. Not giving my money to this company anymore man how is this manager still there and employed by McDonald's treating a cx like that geeze man i hope they do something cuz this one emoloyee is rude and word of mouth goes a long way smh very upset i did not get to eat on my lunch because of the way...

Use to be the fastest drive thru I ever used in my life about 3-4 years ago. Now its one of the slowest and you always have to pull over and wait in the parking spots that they even have designated becasue they use so often. Also when going through the drive thru the machine that makes there soft drinks automatically, doesn't put enough ice. So if you like ice in your drinks make sure to get an extra cup.

Update:Had to go back after getting home because they shorted my order. Ruin my dinner.

Update 2: They shorted my order again so now their I revised there rating a rare 1 star rating that they deserve.

Update 3: This iris officially the worst McDs I've been too. They consistently are very bad at night. Manager knows it but wont show at night to fix it.

Update 4: Now it sucks for breakfast. Went for to get some no Pankcakes, sausage, & Burritos. I wish they'd close and open as a Burger King.

Update 5: They do drive thru orders beforeonile orders even of your 1st. Then lie about it.

Update 6:no cash accepted even though they close at 11 at 950 no cash. I seen the manager pulling there cash drawer to count.. No extra ice all though I ordered it on the app. Fries always over salty never under.6/2/21

Is there a Zero star This place just can’t get it right. First of all the person taking the order talks worse than a 2 year old. I’ve asked her several times to speak up but she never does which is frustrating and she constantly gets the order wrong 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️I asked the guy at the second window to ask her to speak up next time or she shouldn’t be taking drive thru orders.
