Normally when we come here we get really good service, but today was very disappointing. The young lady answering the drive thru speaker didn't seem to be properly trained on how to talk with the customers. Also didn't repeat the order back. At the window, when I showed that my large fry container was half empty, she took the fry container back through the window and filled it up. Now, once an item goes over the counter or already has been handed out the window, that item is not supposed to go back into store. That is against health department regulations. Unless things have changed, which I don't believe that they have. Major retraining needs to be done. Today is 12/18/20, now I understand why this location has bad employees. It all starts with management. When I ordered a sweet tea from drive thru, I was told they had none. I asked if they needed to make some more, but I was told that they didn't serve sweet tea. I replied that I always get sweet tea at McDonald's. So I requested to speak to a manager when I get to the window. When I got to the window Moises was there along with the order taker. He said he was the manager, so I asked why was there no sweet tea? He replied that they ran out of product, so I asked when they would get their next truck? He said they got one today, but no tea was received. So I asked if they forgot to order it? He responded in a rude manner, why does that matter? I was not pleased with the response and I happened to notice his name sticker, which was not a McDonald's issue name tag, and I asked if that was his name. If he is an example of management at this location, there is a lot of retraining needed at...
Read moreNo problems from the food prospect area, but I don't go to this McDonald's a lot, but never had a problem with this McDonald's food industry, but the one problem that I do have is the restrooms are very discussing I found feces on the floor and feces in the stand up urinal, so it's hard to go back to a place that doesn't keep there restrooms clean, this McDonald's could be a 5 star if hygiene and 5essing is enforce, I'm not sure on how the establishment cleans there floors and tables at the eating area, because I don't eat there or the back cooking area, because I don't work there, but if one area is dirty all the time, there cleaning structure of how to clean at this establishment is very poor, because running a business should have a cleaning crew that cleans 15 to 30 minutes to every 45 minutes of cleaning with in the one hour, because of all the customers and employees going in-and-out or just cooking meals vice-versa... Cleaning everytime someone comes inn or everytime someone is cooking a meal would be all the time cleaning 24/7 hygiene cleaning, because of all the business that comes in and out, plus the cooking as well, McDonald's is always busy, so McDonald's needs a cleaning crew that cleans 24/7 all day every day... They need a 24/7 cleaning crew, that just cleans all day that's it just clean, Everyone else can just keep the establishment cleaned by not being dirty and washing there hands and wearing clean gloves, exposable clean gloves every 15 to 30 minutes if needed... Always keep clean safety rule be the best and customers would see you as number...
Read moreI placed an online order. When I pulled up to the drive thru I told them I had an online order and gave them the order code as instructed by the app. I was told to pull forward to the payment window. The person at the payment window told me to pull up to the pickup window. The person at the pickup window handed me the wrong order and told me to have a nice day. I responded that it was not my order and I had an online order. I showed my phone and gave the order code again. I was told they didn't have my order and I probably processed at the wrong location. I confirmed it was at the right location. A supervisor by the name of Diana then came to the window and told me to pull to one of the stalls to figure it out. I then asked if I could just place the order directly with them. She told me she can't touch my phone. I said I didn't ask her to touch my phone, I can read the order to her from my phone. She then told me that she had customers she needed to help so I needed to get out of her drive thru line. Was I not a customer Diana? I then went inside and after fiddling with the kiosk for a few minutes, two nice employees decided to come up and let me know they did have my order after all. After about 20 minutes, I had my food. When I got home with the food, the order was still wrong. Burgers were made wrong and there was no sauce for the nuggets despite the type of sauce showing on the receipt. I'll be making a corporate complaint citing Diana's horrible and unprofessional service. I have no idea why I was treated...
