First i'm just going to say the staff here have been great to me. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I usually always have a good shopping experience. My only bad experience was roughly 3 months ago. I bought a rebel clash booster box. When I got home and opened it all the booster packs were opened at the top and the plastic package with the dice and coin were also opened and loose in the box. There was also carpet fuzz and hairs inside the box as if it had been on the floor or something before it was resealed. Not expecting any of my money back, I just went ahead and took all the cards out and of course there were no hits. Pretty much what I expected.

However, I don't think it's the store or staff's fault and I do believe If I had taken it back and asked for a refund they probably would have given me one. I just didn't feel like taking an opened box back and trying my word against theirs. I've had similar experiences at other card shops and i've just been told "there's no proof" so I didn't bother. I just recommend opening any expensive or vintage boxes in store before you leave so everything is transparent and you don't lose money. Great store though and I'd...

My boyfriend and I loved this shop! From the second we walked in we were greeted and then helped by the NICEST guy we’ve come across so far— we don’t know his name but if he reads this we just call him Alex (referring to Grandma’s Boy, the scene where he says “I love work, I love life!”) because that’s the attitude he had haha! Anyways he was unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient, fun, and just an overall joy to be around! The shop unfortunately didn’t carry any Jap products for my bf but Alex directed us to another place which we ended up loving as well! We sincerely loved his positivity, enthusiasm, and general love for what he does. Everyone there, workers and customers alike, were smiling and having a great time. If we visit again from Houston this place will be at the top of our list of first stops— highly recommend!

To Alex: my bf said you really spoke to him whenever you said the hobby helps with mental health (we had been talking about how we dropped a lot of money that day lol). But yeah he wanted to make sure I included that and he said you’re right and thank you for simply just...

The shop has a large selection of cards in various games, and are priced reasonably and are willing to throw in deals which is great. Some staff is kind but there are moments I have witness where that isn't the case. If you have kids make sure they aren't running around and grabbing the table markers, I have seen staff call out parents and say they would have to pay and replace them- in not the best tone. For tournaments, expectations should be to have fun, not to receive a great payout because it can vary from store credit to the worst packs available, just depends on the night and what staff is feeling. They also provide first-time players and kids lessons on how to play the card games of interest and have seen them go out of their way to create trade binders to use with kids so they would learn that aspect...

My son is into pokemon cards Why buy a pack of cards get maybe 1 good card when you can go to Heros Hideout and purchase the card you want. Also they host tournaments and teach how to play. They do buy sale and trade all sorts of cards. Unlike other places they do buy for cash not just give store credit. Store credit is soooooo lame. Thanks for not being lame. Been here a couple times very knowledgeable staff and friendly. When you walk in they acknowledge you with a friendly hello and welcome. I would recommend supporting this location.

I have been shopping here for collectibles and playing my hobby Dragon Ball for months now and the staff is EXTREMELY helpful! Josh, Corinne, Mario, Lorenzo and Bender are a great team! Very friendly and helpful. Quick to answer questions. They provide great insight and offer great pricing! I bought these beautiful cards for a great deal! I will be returning and supporting this local business.
