Ordered through Uber eats and they gave my Uber driver the wrong food. I called this location and the "manager" Hannah kept say it was Uber's fault I should call them. I asked but isn't it McDonald's that makes the food and puts the name on the bag with the order number. She kept saying it's Uber's fault. I told her that if they have my order I am going to pick it up. She said I had to bring the food back with all the food and the receipt from Uber. I said that's fine. I am not eating someone else's food. Then she tells me that I have to wait in the drive thru line. We waited an hour in that line. Hannah opened the window and said "here" and handed the bags to me. I asked how was this mistake made. She kept repeating that it's not what door dash and grub hub does. I told her well good thing I didn't use them. I used Uber eats. She kept repeating the same thing and I told her that all restaurant that use Uber eats has the name of the person ordering the actual order and the order number . Read moreWent thru the drive thru there was only 3 cars and I thought it would be quick nope I order one number 1 Big Mac meal and two McDoubles not that complicated and it wasn’t like I ordered 7 meals. They gave me my drink and told me to wait on number 2 no one in front 15 minutes later the car next to me that came to park 5 minutes after me got his meal first and had more bags so I went inside and asked one of managers and they told her they were waiting for the Big Mac and she apologized and said I’ll give you a free meal. It’s not the meal that I want or people need it’s the service that’s needs to improve you have like 20 kids working there and there just standing there being chatty Kathy’s gossiping about their boyfriends and what they saw on TikTok. Customer service is not implemented on them and you’ll can’t blame Covid and that they don’t have enough employees because they have always had this problem It’s a shame that they got a new building but they did not get customer service with this new building giving away free food. Read moreToday is my daughter’s bday. Since we planned her bday party on Saturday, she chose to eat at Mcdonald’s and play in the playroom just to have a little fun on her special day. I’m not 100% sure, but I believe my cashier who wore a pink shirt, was either a manager or maybe the owner. My first job was at a Mcdonalds and the owners there were so mean. Of all my years going to Mcdonald's, I have NEVER EVER seen or heard a manager or owner with such sweetness, respect and professionalism. Not only with my family, but with every single customer! She was working, cleaning, greeting and serving with such an amazing attitude. She even took the time to talk to some teens who came from the high school across the street and also sat to chat with some senior ladies. They seemed to really enjoy her company. My daughter had a lot of fun, we were very happy with the food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant. But her great attitude, personality and willingness to help with all customer needs to make us happy, was what stood out for us. I wish there were more people like her at all other...
