Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

I believe I had some miscommunication, I was here at taco bell and I felt offended when they said I forget my orders all the time now when i went to go get a box and just said I forgot to put no lettuce on one taco, I haven't even been been to the location too too often recently, using the delivery pass sometimes, and even then I probably only forgot a few more times recently than usual, so what? You gonna get fired for taking off a little handful of lettuce?

It was a taco order they were telling me "we can't keep remaking your food, do you understand" in a weird voice so idk what tone they meant, about how since it was include lettuce they can't normally take it off, but it was accidental so idk why they gave me a tone like it was a problem, though when they messed it up themselves when I did the order correct for once a few times before, they never fussed about it when THEY were the ones to get it incorrect the past times they remade it a few times in one day for me? so idk why they suddenly have a problem with me supposedly forgetting "all" the time, if 3 times in a week counts as always cause I haven't been going cause it's getting colder lately

They were at least nicer when addressing a electric bill cause I had a 1-to-3 plug extender plus a monitor AND a console which understandably probably...

I honestly never post reviews but my experience here was terrible. Not only did they mess up my order (I ordered a spicy potato soft taco and a cheesy potato griller) but the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Not only was I the only one in the drive thru but the lobby was already closed. They had about 4 people working and all 4 of them were at the window chit chatting instead of getting out my easy order. I was understanding at first thinking maybe they were waiting for things to cook, but when I got my order thats what set me off. The spicy potato soft taco was carelessly thrown in the bag and all over the bottom of it with no sauce on it and nothing in the tortilla and wasn’t wrapped. My potato griller was another burrito with beef in it and I was so mad I didn’t even turn back around. Worst...

Went here last night and ordered 2 of their boxes. None of our food were in boxes, so we didn't know which items belonged to who. Food also tasted like it was sitting in the warmer for a while (not fresh). Fries weren't hot, rolled up chicken tacos tasted like they had been out for 30+ minutes, didn't ask if I wanted queso with my rolled up chicken tacos (received a white sauce I did not like), food not even disturbed in the 5 layer burritos, no taco sauce for our tacos, and no napkins. Every time I come to this location, it just disappoints me and makes me NEVER want to get Taco Bell. No wonder there's no line here compared to McDonald's next door. The location on Hi Valley Dr is a lot better and worth...
