When ordering my pizza I was not sure of the location because the street is quite long and I did not know the physical address of the one I wanted to order from. I called the one I did order from on the Internet I asked if it was located at the closest cross street and the main street it is on. I was told without hesitation, yes! Also that it will be ready in 15 minutes. So I go to that location and they don't have my pizza order. I'm told it is at the other restaurant 10 minutes away! I'm also told they could make my pizza but it will take 30 minutes. I thank the man but decline. I didn't want to wait there that long. I go to the other restaurant and several other people are there standing about waiting for their orders also. I ask about my pizza and they say, it's in the oven. It will only be a couple more minutes. By then the 15 minutes that I was told it would be ready was 25 minutes. I tell the clerk who said this I was also told on the phone where they were located and that mix up. Of course he didn't understand me because he was not able to speak English very well. I tell him they all need to learn where they are located and the closest cross street!! I tell him they are not at the cross street I asked about on the phone and I went there looking for my pizza. He finally understood me! Well, my gentleman shook his head at me as I went to join the others standing against the wall waiting on their orders. We struck up a conversation. He finally got his order and I was left waiting 30 minutes more!! To top off this bad experience the pizza sauce was very sweet and it was not a good pizza. This was the Shakaronni pizza. So if you like sweet pizza sauce you'd probably...
Read moreMy main purpose is submitting this review is in the hope that the Alamo Ranch manager somehow sees this and gets to see how what delivery driver was responsible, fulfilled this deliver (after it was cancelled, btw) at some point over the night. My ring camera somehow didn't capture it (or else I'd be able to pinpoint the time of this godawful delivery.)
I do want to say we did receive a FULL REFUND, and I want to thank the Manager at this location for making it right. That's the only reason I am giving this review 2-stars instead of 1.
However, someone (delivery driver perhaps) was yanking her chain, because our order (2 pizzas, bread knots, wings, brownie) was made midday Saturday online, and registered as "delivered" on the app -- except there was no food. We called about 60 minutes after placing the order. They promised to "LOOK INTO IT" and I guess ensure it was delivered. Over an HOUR after that, I decided to call and let's say, voice some displeasure. The manager did apologize several times, couldn't tell me what went wrong, however. I canceled the order, got a refund, and even politely refused when she offered to still send out the full order. That said, at some point during the night (because nothing had arrived by 7pm) our order was thrown onto our...
Read moreHorrible experience that lasted about 2 weeks! Placed an online order that was never received due to technical difficulties online and at the local store, so they cancelled the order and said I would be refunded. 1 week passes with no refund so I called Papa Johns local store who could not help me and was referred to call the corporate number. Called them and was told they couldn't help me and to call my bank. Called my bank who stated the card was charged and no refunds/holds pending. Called Papa Johns back 2 weeks later to try and resolve the issue over $14.60!! All I wanted was a refund or a replacement pizza but just got the run around for 2 weeks and was finally told by Papa Johns customer service to submit a dispute with my bank. So here I am 2 weeks later $14.60 poorer and still hungry for a pizza. Papa Johns local and corporate made no attempt to reconcile this situation and just told me to dispute the charge with my bank, making me go through paperwork, forms, and phone calls to process this dispute...
