What a nightmare! I placed an order through seamless which I guess is part of grubhub. I mistyped the last digit of my address. My house is the last house in that digit series on my block so ending digit is a 6 but accidentally typed an 8. There is no 8 on my street. So where on earth my order went I have no idea but it showed delivered. Immediately I tried to contact the driver but they did not answer calls or texts. I called the restaurant they said I needed to contact grub hub because there was nothing they can do. I contacted grub hub and they refunded me and told me to place another order. I even walked around my block and none of the neighbors had the food. So again where on earth this driver left the food I have no clue but I did try to do my due diligence. I went ahead and placed another order.

Pho Saigon calls me back saying they will not fulfill my order because since I cancelled the order, which I didn't grub hub did, they have to pay that to grub hub? They flat out refused to service me. They said since I made the mistake on the address and they were out of money to grub hub then they would not do my order. The guy was totally rude and kept talking over me. Didn't care at all what I had to say until I basically had to raise my voice and I hung up after that since we were getting nowhere.

Contacted grub hub and they said that was absolutely not true and the business didn't have to pay them back. Seriously all this drama over food. Now it's past my lunch time and I can't even eat. Yay low blood sugar and no lunch for the kids. Thankfully grub hub spoke to them and my order is being made now but I won't get to eat until I get off work later which then my food will be cold and my boba defrosted. By far the worst experience. I wont be using either grub hub or Pho Saigon again.

I usually use door dash so lesson learned. Very unfortunate situation of the business having poor customer service especially since I love supporting multicultural locally owned businesses on something so simple to solve.

Please have better customer service and know your facts before treating customers badly. I was going to file a complaint for refusal of service, but being that the restaurant told grub hub they would honor my order I will just leave it as a learning experience. 2 stars because I like their food and love their boba but the terrible customer service...

Today, I decided to visit Pho Saigon, my favorite restaurant, for lunch. Prior to my arrival, I called ahead to place my order, ensuring that I would have enough time to eat and return to school on time. As I walked into the restaurant, I felt excited about my usual order, the bubbly and bangin boba milk tea no boba – it's simply amazing. However, the excitement quickly dissipated as I found myself standing behind the counter for almost 10 minutes as the staff repeatedly told me, "I'll be right with you." Despite my growing frustration, I remained patient and understanding, reminding myself why I had called ahead to avoid such delays. Finally, my friend and I were assisted, and we informed the lady with short black hair that we wanted to pay separately. Unfortunately, she took about three minutes to prepare our orders for payment. Despite the long wait, my friend and I realized that we still had about 10 minutes before we needed to head back to school. So, we decided to sit down and enjoy our meal. However, our plans were quickly interrupted as the lady with the black hair kicked us out, stating that we couldn't stay because we had called ahead and couldn't eat inside.

Despite the unpleasant experience today, I will continue to frequent Pho Saigon for their delicious food and amazing beverages, especially the boba milk tea. However, I hope that the staff can work on their customer service and provide a better experience for their customers.
