Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

We just picked up an order from this location. The food was fine, as expected. However, the service was the worst. I went to the front door with a mask on for carry-out (not curbside, as each is an option) and the woman at the counter yelled "get back in your car and call the store!" I told her I have a carry-out order and she didn't explain if carry-out was no longer an option, but just barked again, "get back in your car and call the store!" No "please" or any politeness at all. I was the only customer at that time. So, I asked what the problem was and she just stared at me. The I told her my name and asked my payment options and she wouldn't respond to that either. Rather than tell her what was on my mind at that point, I returned to my vehicle and waited. She then came out for payment and I gave her the cash. No "sorry" or "thank you".....nothing. Just a bad attitude. She brought my food and I left. I'm done with this store. This pizza hut location is terrible!! The last 4 deliveries we've had, have been messed up. The first time, all of the toppings of the pizza were stuck to the top of the cardboard so that all that was left was crust with sauce. The second time, whoever made the cheese sticks took the normal bread sticks after they were already baked and just threw some cheese on top. So it was some hard breadsticks with a little cheese sprinkled on top. The third time half the cheese sticks didn't have any cheese. And the fourth time, we get cheese sticks with no sauce. Then when i try to talk to the manager Angelique, she was rude and got an attitude when i asked to speak with a manager above her head since they just keep messing up the orders. She then tries to blame thr issues on the delivery drivers! The delivery drivers have never been a problem. Its the cooks at this pizza hut that are either lazy or dumb or both, I'm not really sure. But we will definitely not be getting any more pizza from this location after I use all the coupons that I've accumulated for all the jacked...

With Covid-19 going on the proper procedure for carryout and curbside is now to park right in front of the windows (they need to maintain visual on the employees for safety) and call the store to let them know what parking spot number you are in and if you have paid yet or not. If you still need to pay with cash they will come out to take it but if you are paying with card they will take your information over the phone to avoid unnecessary risk of exposure and cross contamination. All this was explained to me after I asked. I also noticed that sometimes the delivery wait can get over 2hrs and when I asked about that they explained that sometimes not enough people are scheduled or drivers have car trouble or people call in for various reasons, but most people still order delivery which drives the times up. After learning all this I recommend to try and order carryout/curbside if you can and try to be understanding of the times.
