Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

Drive thru experience was a long wait. Three cars in parking lot, one person in front of us, and nobody behind us. The food was disappointing. I cannot believe I paid $25 for a No. 6, size small, a burrito and those steak fries. What was my nephew thinking ordering these? I paid extra for the steak on the fries, just this order alone was almost $6. The burrito hardly had any meat, rice, beans, mainly the tortilla wrapped twice around itself and was literally a little smaller than the size of my hand. The chalupas were both chewy and tough, tasted like they’d been under a heat lamp for some time. The amount of chicken was a total joke. Totally penny pinched on the protein on every single item. The only thing passable was the drink, even then, they screwed that up when I asked for no ice and received a cup full of ice. I was hoping for a raising canes or another chick-fil-a, what a waste of land development. The photo shows the size of fries my nephew received. He hadn’t even picked on it and there were four small pieces of steak cuts. The jalapeños were larger and loaded compared to steak. Similar experience with chicken and beef for chalupa and burrito. We have tried coming to this location since it's newer but this location has let us down. The Service is bad. It has taken a really long time to get food on one visit. This visit we pre-ordered online and had to wait 10 minutes at the counter while workers looked , but ignored. Finally after all the drive through orders were filled they filled one inside order and came to the counter. Then they said "oh yeah yours will be up" to which i said " it was already done before I arrived". To top off the visit, the food was cold, they put the wrong items in the wrong box, and they gave us RANCID cinnamon twists again. How long are you keeping cinnamon twists that they taste rancid??? And why are you mixing them with fresh ones. This has to stop. This can't be a mistake twice and for all 4 of our orders. I go to my local taco bell for some quick food. I pull up to the drive through and this lady starts speaking like she’s annoyed at me with a very uncaring tone. And I understand, its 10pm and she could be tired. I place an order of three soft taco supreme with NO sour cream (I'm allergic) and i tell her im allergic. Then I order a Baja blast and she says we have no baja blast, so i order a Dr Pepper then she says they have no soda at the time ( im like that’s unprofessional ). She gives me my food after what felt like twenty minutes. I drive home and open the soft tacos and they are FILLED WITH SOUR CREAM. I told her i was allergic but she still put sour cream. If I didn’t notice the sour cream ,with how much was in there, I could have been sent to the hospital. I am never eating at this taco bell again and i hope that...
