Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Antonio

My friend and I only needed to quench our thirst but I was sort of hungry. I ordered the personal Pizza that comes accompanied with chicken wings, because the time before I had had it with fries. The pizza was just as I like it. The pizza was perfectly prepared/cooked. The crust was as I like it -a little bit toasted, delicious; the ingredients were fresh (mushrooms and black olives) 😋😋 Just the tasty amount of tomato sauce and the cheese was good too. (I don't eat wings, I took them home). I have to tell about the service the young lady provided, it was excellent, above and beyond. I regret that I am so bad at names and I am not able to mention hers here. I intend to return soon because I couldn't leave her a tip she deserves. She got busy, people started arriving and needing attention and I couldn't interrupt her before leaving. Ordered online and said it would be 15 minutes forty order, which was two medium pizzas. Upon arriving to locale, busy and dining room was a mess. Walked to cashier and asked for my order which in turn he said it would be an additional 8-10 minutes. No problem, or so I thought at first. Then out of nowhere the restaurant was full and understaffed. My order actually came out but the pizza point person failed to call out my name or the name of the other 6-7 orders he shoved in the hot box or holding station for completed orders. I had to stand in line again and finally got my order 25 minutes after the initial time quoted due to no communication or help for that matter. Well when I arrives home I find my pizzas not to be cold. Honestly didn’t even eat any of the pizzas and gave them away to my neighbor. Unacceptable and very disappointed in how my dining experience was ruined and unrecoverable. Do better and have better staffing...

Today September 10th 2016 I went to this location-I live by here and have been coming here for years. I enlisted into the military and since signing I have asked for my military discount and have recieved my military discount before the 10th of September 2016. Today i went and asked for my military discount, the cashier man was willing to give me my discount like always until a lady in the back scremed "WE DON'T OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNT" and I promptly replied "Yes y'all do, I've gotton it before" with a smile. She gave me attitude immediately and responded with "Well I'll ask my manager" the manager on duty at the time had a disgusting attitude as well.
