Dear [Manager/Customer Service],
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the service I received at your Pizza Hut location on Roosevelt.
After placing an online order, I went inside to pick it up. The employee assisting me appeared visibly upset when I chose not to leave a tip after being prompted. When I asked to add an item to my order, he refused, stating, “not right now because I’d have to start another order.” I found this response both unprofessional and dismissive, especially as I was a paying customer simply requesting additional service.
In order to avoid further conflict, I calmly stepped outside and placed a new order. I had a friend go inside to pick it up, but upon entering, my friend was immediately yelled at by the same employee. He claimed the order had already been handed out and only after my friend clarified that it was a separate order did the employee reluctantly fulfill it.
This behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect courteous and professional service, regardless of whether or not I leave a tip. I am disappointed that this interaction escalated to the point where my friend had to deescalate the situation with your staff.
I kindly request that this matter be addressed appropriately to ensure future customers are not treated in the same manner.

Read moreOkay, first and foremost, let me start off by making it clear. I love pizza hut pizza. Out of the top 4 pizza franchises, pizza hut is my go to favorite. The food I ordered and received from this location was great, very tasty and hot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. With that said, my beef is with this Corporation's Sales team. Marketing team and definitely with the CEO, CFO and COO along with their underlings. Denials of knowledge won't cut it. They offer award points for purchases of o line orders both through their app and their websites, they do give you the points making you think you have a future free item. Their app and websites conveniently have errors and issues when trying to order using the reward points earned. But they work perfectly if you don't use points and pay for your online order. This is not the individual stores doing this, this is a Corporation issue which I believe is well known with the upper management. I am sure I am not the only person who has run into this problem. First, I arrive at the restaurant at the time my pizza was supposed to be ready... Still ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes... Which the “manager” explained that there was only one oven working... alright cool, I understand that.
(But if there’s only one oven working, why wouldn’t you make the pizzas RIGHT the first time instead of creating more work for everyone, right?) Anyway the pizza was poorly made for lack of a better word as everyone can see....
So I called when I got home and told her I could bring the pizza back if she wanted to see it because I didn’t want any issues with the cooks.
Anyway, she says no, it’s fine, I don’t need them back. So I sent my brother to get the “fixed pizzas” (45 minutes later, mind you) And when my brother arrives , they ask “ you didn’t bring the pizza back?” WTH? Maybe y’all need to take some notes because the communication here is not happening and I don’t believe it should be that complicated.
