After exploring the nearby mission on a hot and muggy Texas day, I stumbled across Sip and Sit with Me Coffee, and what a breath of fresh air (and caffeine!)

This cozy little spot is nestled right in front of the mission, and the vibe is pure magic—quaint, charming, and full of soul. The moment we walked in, the ladies behind the counter (the owners) welcomed us with open arms and big smiles. As an out-of-towner, I instantly felt like family—like I had just walked into my favorite neighborhood coffee shop back home.

Now let’s talk about the cold brew… Wow. Smooth, rich, ice-cold perfection. It was exactly what we needed to cool down and recharge, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.

Every detail of this shop is darling—from the décor to the heartwarming hospitality. It’s a place that makes you want to linger, sip slowly, and soak in the goodness.

To the lovely ladies at Sip and Sit with Me—thank you for pouring your love into this space. You’ve created something...

Stopped in today for the first time and was REALLY glad we did! Seriously, this cozy and warm coffee shop is an wonderful addition to the Southside! There absolutely no negatives to report. Unlike, so many other independent coffee shops started on this side of town that we would never return to, Sip & Sit seems to have unlocked the simple recipe for what a GREAT coffee shop is all about - customer service and value! From the moment we walked in the staff was SO welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The owners actually came out and mingled with the customers making sure everything was perfect. Their coffee is exceptionally good and the prices are SO reasonable. This tells me they are all about customers above profits. Situated across from the historic mission San Jose, the view is outstanding! There is plenty of easily accessible free parking as well. We will definitely be back again & again & again..... do yourself a huge favor and...

If you’re looking for more than just great coffee, this little family-owned coffee shop is an absolute treasure. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family…there’s a warmth here that you just don’t find in big-name chains. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with just the right mix of charm and comfort.

The coffee? Phenomenal. You can tell they care about every single cup…from the smooth espresso to the perfectly crafted lattes. Their house blends are rich, bold, and full of character. And don’t even get me started on their homemade pastries…fresh, delicious.

What sets this place apart is the genuine care and passion behind everything they do. You feel it in the service, the flavors, and the community they’ve built. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you’re treated like someone who matters.

Support local and treat yourself…this place is truly...

After viewing photos of coffeehouses around Flores Street, North of S.W. Military Drive, this coffeeshop is easily the best for coffee quality and a home style lobby that is Open 7am to 2pm. They sure know how to attract customers with an elegant, large enough lobby and comfortable chairs and tables, just right for two. The AC is quiet and set at a good temperature, even though drinking hot coffee makes one sweat a bit. This place tells you which type of coffee beans will be used to make the espresso. It is a blend of nominal Guatemalan with nominal Colombian - a blend of typically low-acidity beans with -acidity beans, roasted to Medium-Dark. I prefer Medium roast, whole bean; but their choice is a good compromise suited for all the coffee drinks customers will usually want. It has lots of parking, some in shade, and even a bike rack. They offer a bag of complimentary cookies!
