I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Rocio at Redland Icehouse, and I'm still raving about my experience. From the moment she greeted me with a warm smile, I knew I was in for a fantastic evening.

Rocio's customer service skills are truly exceptional. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always had a friendly demeanor. She made me feel like a valued customer and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made the entire experience enjoyable.

The atmosphere at Redland Icehouse is always inviting, but Rocio's presence made it even more special. Her positive energy and genuine care for her customers created a welcoming and relaxed ambiance. I felt right at home and couldn't have asked for a better time.

Hello, I’m not sure if this message will get to the owner or if this is managed by someone else. I visited your bar this evening and had a horrible experience. We were playing darts and were yelled at and embarrassed by a bartender that was off shift and the bartender that was on shift. We were playing darts and were screamed at from across the bar for leaning on the pool table. Not sitting on it, no drinks on it, simply leaning my behind on the edge of it. The yelling from the off duty bartender and the one working was so awkward that multiple people closed their tabs and left. It is really sad because we enjoyed the environment, but will probably not be back due to the rudeness of the bartenders. Been twice now. Half of the beers on tap were out and when you only have six that's not great. The weirdest thing is both times we have went the bar tenders were too busy doing shots with their friends to get us more beer. Two separate visits two separate bartends, both doing 3-6 shots in an hour with friends/regulars and didn't ring up any of them (for her or her friends). Thats a lot of wasted money and I hope management catches on. They did two rounds of shots while we were sitting at the bar with empty beer glasses just wanting a refill. One was so tipsy she couldn't figure out which credit card to give back to us, and we could have walked away with someone else's.
