Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in San Antonio

Not my first bad experience at this place, this was my last time giving this establishment any money. This morning at 730am I wanted to surprise my team with a dozen of donuts. I walk into this store and was greeted by a nice young man who asks me what could get for me? I simply said I would like a dozen of glazed he points to the rack and says sorry we only have 7 left. the co-worker chimes in and say we have a big order so this is all we have left. I ask can I at least get some of the fresh ones from the back, she says no they are for the order we have to fill. About 15 seconds later a nice young blonde comes to counter and ask the co-work for 3 glazed and a coffee. This employee had the nerve to walk behind the rack of donuts and grab 3 fresh glazed for her.Now I have been around long enough what this is. I don't have to say label what this this, but believe me when I say this experience will be shared. Young woman with the backward ball cap, you know what...

The lady in the window is beyond rude!! She was rushing me, trying to make me hurry up and order and then when I told her that I’ve never been there before she was no type of help she tells me why don’t I just come inside so I can see the whole display and then once I told her I was gonna go inside she Says THANK GOD REALLY LOUD she is beyond rude. You will not see me coming back.!!!!!

So quick to take my hard good money instead of being helpful!! She wouldn’t even tell me about like any specials or anything special going on or what’s the best thing to get on the menu you need a new person at the window if you want to be doing customer service

First impression was awesome. Larissa answered the phone promptly, answered my questions quickly and was very polite. Pull up to the window and she again, recognized the order from the phone call.

Larissa has to be the best customer service agent I have had the pleasure to have interacted with. Seriously, I posted nicley about Shipley's in general, (the kolaches are always bomb) but I had to come back and edit to shine a spotlight on her. Down to the details of the packed bag, mustards and napkins nestled in the side (pic included). Damn, she's good!
