Reina's Cantina Sports Bar — Restaurant in San Antonio

Never been here before but I gotta say, I had a great experience. There was An event and with so many people there all staff was still able to provide great customer service. I bought a couple of things and it came out to about 7 bucks. I then walked outside to watch the concert and realized that I had given the lady $20 and forgot to get my change. About 10 mins later, as I walked back in, the sweet lady was on her way out to find me with my exact change in her hand. Most servers or bar tenders wouldn't have done that, kept it, or simply act like they forgot or didn't realize. I didnt get the sweet lady's name but I do thank her and the quality of human being that she is. And the young lady with short hair and green eyes I believe, she was so calm and great at her job. She walked out to all the customers there to make sure that no one had to leave the excitement to grab a drink. She had us all taken care of. And had a great ppersonalityas well as attitude.This says ALOT about the standards that the owner of this place holds. Excellent judgement on hiring employees. San antonio needs more humans with such great attitudes and customer service skills...

It's been a very long time since I Had been here and was shocked to see it go down there's male bartenders who are rude and ask for their tip don't dress your beer unless u ask then gives u attitude about it music was ok the crowd there is well let's say not the best company you wanna keep. Someone ended up losing their phone DJ turned the music down so the phone could be called come to find out the phone was took. By someone in their own group! Smh if ur lookin for a hole n the wall to kill...

Man this bar was great felt like I was at home hot outside little venues some people singing outside funnel cake nothing like that you can buy to eat the beer is cold atmosphere was awesome and the owners are just great people.
