San Antonio Panadería — Restaurant in San Antonio

I thought I could post a picture for people to believe me. And yes I know there are roaches everywhere you go. But to have them (yes, I said them) in your food and seeing it is another level of gross. My co workers were talking about this place a few days a go. And how good this place was. I had never seen or heard of it and asked what it was called. So I wanted to try it out for the first time. And yes, I'm always checking my food before I eat it. So I saw about 3 maybe 4 baby roaches. I called the bakery and asked to speak to the manager and when I told her she seemed surprised like if she didn't believe me as if i was playing a joke on her. Never said sorry or offered me a refund. Just okay thank you for letting me know...

Will not be going here again!! I ordered tacos from there and came out short 2 tacos. When I called back to let them know, the lady insisted she knew what they have given me. They gave me a wrong taco on top of that. I payed 2.79 for a carne guisada taco for nothing cause they didn't even give it to me. The lady was rude when I called back and kept arguing that she knew she had given me all the tacos. Never got a refund and not even a sorry for the mistake. Overall bad service!!!!!! Only gave them a star. Cause I had to in order to...

My second visit here because my son loves the eclaires they are very filled, not like some places. The pan dulce is soft and fresh. First time trying their food, I had a carne guisada taco, and omg, it was flavorful and very tender. Super soft fluffy tortillas and the salsa was the perfect level of spicy (for me). The only complaint is the area is small and crowded, especially with all their selections, but they are opening a bigger location next door very soon....
