Wonāt be coming back here again especially since the āManagerā on 2/4/2023 is a āsticklerā. This was my second attempt at visiting this place.
My very first visit was shortly after they opened for the day on 2/2/23 after finding them thru Google Maps. I seen they served breakfast and from the pictures it looked delicious. Besides Brunch on Saturday and Sunday, it does not specify or state that they do not serve breakfast any other time. I decided to visit this place only to arrive and find out they do not serve breakfast any other day but Saturday and Sunday. Fine, despite it not being displayed anywhere, no big deal Iāll come back on Saturday or Sunday.
So, today, 2/4/2023 I made my second attempt to eat at this place. I drove to this place, excited to eat and even thought of getting a cookie dough party platter to take to friends and family. I walked in, sat down and placed my order. 3 egg omelette and I wanted Turkey, chicken, spinach, avocado and cheese along with a short stack banana nut and I wanted strawberries on top. The waiter was amazing, super helpful, and attentive. There was another young lady there working who was answering all my questions regarding the cookie dough names. The waiter came back and stated that the āmanagerā is a stickler and wouldnāt make my omelette with turkey, chicken, and avocado. I was confused as to what was being relayed so I asked the waiter, to confirm I heard correctly, so the manager wonāt make my omelette with chicken, Turkey or avocado? The waiter apologized and confirmed what I understood. Highly, highly disappointed.
I have never visited an establishment where I couldnāt add turkey, chicken, and avocado to my omelettes. Iāve never experienced where a waiter had to excuse the āmanagerā for being a āsticklerā. I really, really wanted to make this place a regular but being that they have a manager who is a stickler and despite never even trying any of their other items, with this first impression I will not be coming back nor recommending this place.
Absolutely absurd, an omelette with turkey, chicken and avocado, neither of those ingredients could be made in my omelette. Iām sure their other items are amazing to include the cookie dough but if making a simple omelette with a few additions is too much for the manager, it would be safe to say that this stickler of a manager wouldnāt allow any other modifications to any other items. Incredibly...

First off, it's a little tricky to find, its a little tucked behind a barn clothing store, and cant see it from the main road. We pulled into the Braken village and drove around for a min before we realized where it was. Maybe a bigger sign could help? The area itself is so cute with all these older Victorian homes turned in to businesses.
The Look: The inside of scooped is adorable, the colors of the walls and tables are like cotton candy! I think it would be great for birthdays! And the atmosphere is like a cute country vibe... if that makes sense lol.
Staff: greeted us once we walked in. Friendly and helpful to explain details of the items we ordered.
Food: we ordered a couple sandwiches. Kids got the Italian Capresse, and I got the rotisserie chicken bacon Avocado sandwhich. Both styles were really tasty! Would order these again!
Cookie dough: they were out of a couple flavors we wanted to try, but still tried the traditional chocolate chip, monster, and the cowboy. I'd say I loved the flavors of the cowboy best! The textures are different then other edible cookie doughs, it a little smoother... kinda looks like kinetic sand and paydo mixed. I liked it š. My kids on the other hand, couldn't finish it, one kid said it was too sweet, and the other didn't like the texture. (But that's their personal preference)
Overall we liked it.. the only reason why I did 4 out of 5 stars was because we found hair, looked like pet hair. One in my sandwhich, and in 2 of our cups of cookie doughs š³š¬. Not a fan of that... and it wasn't us, we didn't have pets. š¬
Would give them a try again...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePreviously, we had Scooped delivered to the house. We brought the kiddos this time to their location. Scooped closes early, and we got their an hour before they closed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered 4 sandwiches and some cookie dough scoops. We ordered some of the Panini sandwiches; the Grilled Cheese, the Italian Caprese, and a couple of the Rotisserie Chicken and Bacon Club. I love that you can choose the bread type and the cheese type. The Chicken and Bacon Club is very tasty on the Ciabatta or the multigrain bread, and my kiddos likes the Caprese and Grilled Cheese very much. We definitely came for the cookie dough and it did not disappoint. I like the texture of the Monster flavor, as it incorporates some oats. That pairs really well with the peanut butter cookie dough, Reeseās Pieces, M&Ms, and chocolate chips. We also got the Sāmores cookie dough and the Brookie cookie dough. I enjoy mixing the very peanut buttery Monster with some of the chocolate flavors in the Brookie and the Sāmores. The cookie dough is always chilled and almost feels like ice cream, but definitely has a different taste and texture. Thereās a richness not usually found in ice creams. All in all, we loved it. I might look into getting some Scooped for a future party event. The Scooped location is quaint and tucked away in the nice and quiet Bracken Village. We will definitely be...
