Worst SONIC experience in my life. Stayed at a nearby hotel, sonic was in walking distances. Food usually hot and tasty. Not this place. My order came to 11.02, I paid with the cash "option" Carhop brings cash back, but short by .98. When I inquire why she did not give me the correct change she said because they did NOT have change. I said well, it is two cents are you saying you are holding my .98 cents because you don't have change, why not make it right and give me a dollar. It took 15 min for them to come back and say they couldn't do that. I asked to speak with the Manager, she said she did not understand why they did not just give me a dollar, but she was able to get .98 out of her own purse to make it good. Food was awful, hamburger had no veggies on it, bacon clumped in a pile on meat and bread, will NEVER visit this location again, and probably never go to another sonic again. Really sad that people act like this.... This place does NOT even deserve the one star I had to give in order to "POST"...
Read moreI’ve been to this sonic a couple times and I don’t why I keep going back. Possibly because of convenience. But today (03 July 2019) I went for a drink—just a coke with cherry and vanilla. I got there and ordered around 1:27, and 15 minutes later someone pulled into the stall next to me and ordered a large cherry limeade (loud speakers, couldn’t help but hear the order repeated back to them). Not even 5 minutes after she ordered, her drink was brought out and she was on her way. Seriously? I pushed the button and reminded the staff that I had ordered a coke and was still there, waiting. They told me it would be right out. At 1:05 I finally decided to just leave. After waiting 30+ minutes for ONE drink. Absolutely ridiculous, and I wish I could say this was a first-time offense. Numerous times this particular sonic has taken an enormous amount of time to put together a simple order. Read moreGarbage service. Don't do anything that would cause the service to be interrupted (ie. Grab a different card to pay), they will make sure you know they have an attitude problem. I had to get a different card to pay because my first card was declined and it took me a couple minutes to get. The woman serving me looked at me like "you stupid mother fker" with a smirk on her face like she couldn't believe my card was declined. I asked her to give me a minute to straighten the issue out and she rolled her eyes and walked off. I asked her if she had a problem because her whole demeanor changed after she came back to give me the declined card. Then when I asked her if I could split the payment, she said it wasn't possible. I can't think of any fast food restaurant who does not accept split payments. Especially since I've done it there before. I paid for my food and left dissatisfied. All in all, poor service.
