7:50pm 6/22/24: We’ve been eating fries from here for years and never had a bad experience or bad food. Today was different.

I’m positive all 3 people working behind the counter are stoned. They were slow moving, they were unorganized, they clearly didn’t want to be working and the customer service was garbage. I got a head nod from the kid at the register, with no words, to ask me what I wanted to order.

We ordered fries with cheese. The fries are soggy and they barely put any cheese on them.

Multiple customers who ordered before us were waiting for additional items and were frustrated. The line was backing up quickly. The ketchup was empty and 2 people asked for more, and zero response from the staff. The napkins were empty and no forks to be found anywhere.

I recommend middle management come hang out and direct the staff and evaluate performance. This place has seen...

This quick service shack has consistently delivered excellent fries (although they are overpriced at $12-15 for a shareable serving) over the years. It’s often our first stop when visiting SeaWorld San Antonio for a quick snack of hot crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside fries. The fries are thin cut (but not as thin as shoestring) and the only thing that would make them better is if they were thick cut steak fries.

Once in a while, they do have an off day, so I recommend taking a look at the fries they are serving before buying. Today, the fries were no good - they were soggy with grease. My guess is that the fryers were not hot enough resulting in a greasier fry. Skip it if they look like...

This place only serves wings and fries. Was not a long line. Turns out we Waited in line for over an hour. Just to order 2 combos. Each combo comes with 7 wings. SEVEN. $19 each. 2 combos with fries and one drink, no refills =$50. After we ordered, then proceeded to wait an additional 38 minutes for the food. Almost 2 hours for SEVEN subpar wings and fries.
