No complaints about the food it is consistently delicious throughout subway as a chain but As some other reviewers have mentioned customer service and attitude are an issue here at this location. firstly I would like to thank Anna or anne because they were very friendly and showed great customer care to us, however I did not catch the name of the other employee she had glasses with darker hair who showed extreme unprofessionalism and hostility to us as well as I saw her do to several other customers ahead of us. my family came in to order subs to-go and it was very crowded so she may have been having a bad/hard day however right when we got to the ordering station she had a horrible attitude asking what sandwiches we wanted, as well as when I approached the condiment/topping area and was looking at what I would like to add to my sandwich I asked her a question about my sandwich toppings to which she replied “it already has it” (which it did not) so when I wanted to add another topping sauce to it she did so but I had to ask her twice, then when it came to my moms sandwich she asked her “ how was her day” which my mom responded great how is yours to which the lady said well I’m making your sandwich so… after that my whole family just got pretty quiet because what can you even say to that and In general this woman made our experience extremely unpleasant, made us all feel uncomfortable and it seemed she was genuinely upset about making our sandwiches. Read moreMy children and I are regular customers I went in today August the 8th at around 1:50pm first of all there was no broccoli and cheese. 2 in the afternoon I have no idea why? She offered me chicken i declined. I explained to Casey I'm assuming the manager on shift I asked her for orange and white shredded cheese she gave me another type of cheese. I told her I would be getting ice water in my metal cup which I normally ask permission first which she flipped out on me. Let's not forget it's triple-digit summertime honey out here I haven't had any problem from any other employees I don't see this woman often she must be new I'm not sure if she's having a bad day she was like well you came in here yesterday and you got you a drink and I'm going to charge you today for I said well I only got ice and water and I asked permission but I was ignored yesterday 8/7/24 9a.m. you can run the cameras and witnessed that I was serving myself water because you have to push the button for the stream to come out and I was on my way to Dr appointment it would be a few more minutes to serve me I said okay so I had to leave I just got my ice water and I left and if she did not approve of me having ice water in my metal cup she could have simply offered me water cup and I could have served myself ice water that would have been the polite customer service thing to do having it that I'm 8 months pregnant and you can visually see maybe she needs to take some type of classes I'm not sure how she needs to be handled she tried to blame it on some man something about he doesn't want us giving out water...
Read moreThis is the second time i have gone here with my family and been completely ignored by the staff when we were the only customers in the building. The first time this happened boyfriend and step daughter were with me and we walked in and were not acknowledged. We stood in line waiting. The lady continues to restock vegetables in front of us comepletley ignoring us. She didn’t say hey can you give me a second...nothing. Then the manager on duty was ignoring us also wiping down clean tables. So we waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. We left and as we were living she said i was going to ask what i could get you. We said don’t worry about it and went to another location. Tonight the Same manager working. We walked in around 7:30 pm. No one was there. We were the only customers in line...in the building and completely ignored. As we were walking out AGAIN she then says Did y’all need to order anything? We said NOPE and went back to the same location we went to last time. As we were leaving the guy who was working with her walked to the front door and locked it as we left. I’m honestly not sure if this is just discrimination against my family and I or subway is keeping terrible employees who ignore their customers. They were in the back talking ignoring us. What happened to Sunny? He was amazing. We have gone to this location for years but we are extreamly disappointed with how we’ve been treated not once but twice by the same manage.
