Sunshine Bakery is a refreshing venue that not only has then true San Antonio vibe and feel, but is locally owned and sourced, which just adds to its magic. I love the fact that it’s located right next to the Pan Dulce Gallery; I feel that it brings a little gem to a part of town that otherwise can go neglected when it comes to arts and culture. Read moreThe BEST place to get VEGAN conchas and pastries!! I love that they have vegan options and they keep adding more. My favorite drinks are the vegan horchata latte and the matcha latte. My favorite concha flavors are the matcha, lavender and chai. For their polvorones I really love their matcha, passion fruit and lavender. They also add different flavors depending on the season so you’ll always want to keep an eye out. Their prices are perfectly reasonable and everything I’ve tried on their menu has been so good. I’m never disappointed! They also have great customer service and are very helpful with any questions you may have.
This is a place I recommend for all...

You know you’re eating first rate gingerbread. Full of flavor. Very helpful and friendly service from the owner. Cute place. We...
