This is not the first nor I assume the last incident with this specific location. (601 N New Braunfels Ave)
I ordered my pizza online at 8pm and the email confirmed pickup would be around 8:30pm so that's when I arrived onsite. I should note that it used to be pretty reliable that you would receive a confirmation email when the order is ready but it's been a month since that's happened from this location.
When I arrived there were other people waiting and it took about 10 minutes to have someone acknowledge the customers waiting. When it was my turn I mentioned my order but they confirmed it was not ready. So I waited. I waited another 20 minutes before I had to ask again and in that time frame the following happened: -the phones were left ringing. -other customers walked in wanting to place orders and then after 10 mins just left after not being acknowledged. -some waited for incomplete orders. -this location was shortchanging customers. The cashier had called for change but that took about 20 mins. In that time people left without getting their correct change back because they would have had to wait even longer.
After those 20 mins they had my pizza but it was made incorrectly. The pizza toppings were mixed up despite the fact that the website gives options to place left, right or all over. I'm always surprised when they ask 'do you want us to remake it?'. They should assume they are making it again and confirm the customer agrees. I replied yes, remake it. This is how tired of waiting people were; a man in line offered to buy that wrong pizza just so he could get out of there. I believe he was charged full price still.
At 9:20pm I finally had the one pizza I had ordered over an hour ago. The young man working the counter made attempts to be courteous, but most employees there and their managers seem to not care in the slightest. We've heard/seen it all including management argue with customers (who were legitimately in the right). I've had employees tell me 'well we don't see where toppings should go' despite the website giving the option.
This location is closest to me and very convenient which is why we keep trying. But at this rate, it's 8/10 orders then end up with issues. I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but business should not have to be this hard for employees or...
Read moreThey provided me with the wrong order they were very unprofessional there was nobody there that looked like an actual manager or worker they were not in Little Caesar uniform it was too young boys at the window and they went ahead and charged me for pizza that I didn't order I ordered three hot and ready then they charge me for three extra most bestest only when I got home to see that they weren't even been in crispy pizza the other one was a regular hot and ready and the other one was a doughy stuffed crust not even cooked all the way Pizza that tasted like burnt oven I did call to complain there was no answer I called again the next day to complain they did not answer as a normal Little Caesars business what they did say hello so at that point I called corporate and made a complaint corporate as yet to get back to me and I have yet to have my issues solved by this lousy company and this is not even the first time that I've had issues with this one specific Little Caesars however I had too many things in life to do to make one or two little complaints on some mistakes but when you keep on making the same mistakes and not giving any care or being professional about it that's when it gets annoying and I get fed up and that is the same Little Caesars that did cost my mom out when she tried to complain there was a manager there at that time supposedly and this was at a different time than what I am complaining about however this is just an example to show you how unprofessional and how this Little Caesars needs to either be knocked down and shut down or y'all need to get professional New...

I requested all cheese due to the fact we do not and cannot eat pork bye instead of giving me what I ordered they gave me all pepperoni pizzas I did not check it on good faith into the fact I had to hurry and get home for work, by the time I got home which was a 25 minute drive I opened up the pizzas to realize my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and told them I could not come back today due to the long drive and you having to go to work and they told me to bring back the pizza which would not be a problem if I did not live across town the moment I asked for a refund instead of them replacing the order they needed the receipt which was not a problem either, but it was the fact when I asked for the corporate number the guy gave me the number to someone’s personal house, and I asked him what the area code was and he said he did not know. He gave me a seven digit telephone number and told me he does not know the corporate offices number which made no sense because what number did you give me and how do you work in a restaurant and you’re a manager but you do not have the number to corporate, I should’ve known this was going to be a bad experience from when I ordered and the lady was rushing me and had an attitude that whole staff needs to be in training and needs to be more attentive to the order of the customers especially if they have allergies I wouldn’t even give them one star but I need to write how poor and horrible this experience was I do not recommend if anything never go to this restaurant...
