Alamo Distilling Company — Local services in San Antonio

Came in to town on short notice and found a distillery that looked cool online. When we called, Noel told us to swing by and he'd give us a tour and tasting before finishing his day. Ended up being an amazing trip and he did a great job showing us the distillery and answering our questions. I told him we were in town for a wedding and he made a custom blend based on a few details about the groom's tastes. Very unique location for small to medium sized group events. Our organization booked a farewell dinner and the staff were great. They can set up tables for 60 in the barrel room with a catering truck parked right outside (remember, it is a distillery, not a restaurant). Went here over the weekend and received a great tour and tasting of the distilling location. This is a growing local business that's going to keep making great spirits. The craft whiskey was my favorite but the vodka and rum they are making are really great too. I would definitely pick their red copper vodka over a tito's for sure.
