Used to order here 3 sometimes 4 times a week the food was really great when the older gentleman was there and he turned it over to his daughter and she raised the prices. And the food taste started to get bad. Now the son has it and he also raised the price yet again. The food is terrible. I don't know what method they are using but you can call what they doing fried rice. The garlic sauce taste more like furniture polish and molasses. I bought all my good back and they apologized and said they would re cook my food. They took the rice and put it back in this big pot and stirred it around and put it back on my plates and I was like hell no. Just give me my money back and told h I seen what they did. At first he refused and I stood outside and told everyone that came up what they did so they called the cops and when they got there I told them what happened and since they took the food back they had to give me my money but before they did they gave me the order and I opened it in front of the cops and the cop said that looks like a big horse spit in the corner of the steamed rice and I told him it was supposed to be fried rice. The owner / son looked it it and said something in his native language and they said it was the Mexican girl that spit in it. But I never seen her leave the drive thru window. The cop said whoever did it was a nasty human being and he was going to tell all of his coworkers not to order anything else from here. To start off with, I like the food here. Been coming here for years. Ordered at drive thru 1 combination shrimp fried rice with beef and chicken. 1 combination chicken and beef. 1 lemon chicken plate. About $24. We have never had a problem ordering at the drive thru. We ran some quick errands before heading back home. We live on the West side and drove to the East side just to eat from there. I opened my plate and no lemon sauce. Omg. That's the reason I ordered the plate. The chicken alone is just plain. I called just to let them know they forgot the sauce and they tell me that I can get "credit" for the sauce next time I come in. Why would I want "credit" for sauce. I told her that. She said that her manager told her that she personally put the sauce in my bag. That I could take my food either today or tomorrow for a refund or replacement. I'm not driving out there anytime soon. And why would I not eat with my family right now. Thats why we went over there. Family movie night. I don't want "free food". I just wanted my order done right with the delicious sauce. I didn't appreciate basically being called a liar over the phone. Never had a problem before. Now I have to eat this plain chicken and watch some movies with the family. At least their food...
