First I want to say i haven't ate at DQ in months maybe almost a year. I haven't been to this specific location longer then that, but I will never go back I had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot for my order when it came 2 meals were missing. I had to go inside I only took down the recipient with me. I told the employee, her words were they were in the bag. I had to go back to the car bring all the food in showed her it wasn't they made them I left. I got home they only put pickles and mustard on them . I asked for everything on them including cheese which I was charged for. My other burger made wrong as well. The tacos not tacos were soggy and wet even the plate it was in was wet. I called to inform the store manager that I couldn't believe how disappointed I was on the food was so rude. She said well you need to bring it back . I told her I don't care about the money I just wanted her to know it was horrible. She told me well you didn't ask for me , i told her i went in a few times she also said her employees said no I didn't. I told her there's no way your the manager. I would never speak to anyone the way she was speaking to me , with no remorse, no accountability. I can't believe they are running that store. Her name was Melissa. H. She gave me a number to call , I called I'll call again tomorrow . No apologies I told her she's acting as if i was lieing . She said what! Im hanging up now and hung up on me. The worst place I have...
Read moreThis was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Dairy Queen. Besides the long lines that took 20 minutes to make it to the order menu for the drive through, what I experienced at the window was worse. When I ordered, I asked for a peanut buster parfait and a dipped cone. When I get to the window, the cone was not dipped and when I was handed the PB parfait, it was smothered in chocolate syrup instead of having hot fudge on it like it clearly states on the menu. I bring it to the cashiers attention and she says she’ll remake it with hot fudge. In the meantime, I’m watching the cook in the back go from putting hot dogs in the fryer to scratching a scab on his arm……with the same gloves that he was handling food with! (Don’t believe it, just watch your cameras in the kitchen around the same time as my receipt.) She hands me a new one back, so I’m assuming that I can take her at her word when she says it’s made right this time. When I get home, it’s nothing but chocolate syrup again. Not only was it made wrong, but the employee lied to my face telling me that they remade it with hot fudge. So instead of enjoying it, it went straight into the trash can, and that’s where my thoughts on this Dairy Queen location are...
Read moreThat place was so rude! My niece and I went for lunch and a Blizzard. We ordered, but we didn't want soda since we were getting Blizzards later. We just wanted a small cup for ice and water. The cashier looked at me and said, "We don't give water away free!" They charged us $3.02 for ice water! They said we could buy water bottles for $1.50 or a cup of water with ice for $2.79 plus tax, which came to $3.02.
I said, "I guess I'll get the cup since we want ice." We got our order, and she didn't give me or charge me for my water. When I went back to ask for it, she said they don't have water out front; they have to get it from the back.. So, when they brought our Blizzards, they weren't even full, and they had lids on them, so no flip. I asked about the flip (they were all wearing shirts about it), and the girl just rolled her eyes and walked away. The manager was like, "We encourage it, but we don't give anything if they don't... it doesn't matter, we don't give anything away free." Eye roll, too.
I didn't want anything for free. But they don't care about the little things that make DQ special, and they're...
