I spent nearly $40 at this establishment and was very disappointed with the service I received. I got home only to notice I was missing all of my fries from the 5 meals I purchased and I also did not receive 2 sides of Mac and cheese that were ordered from those meals as well. I called the establishment and advised "Sonia" of what I was missing and she proceeded by asking if l'd like to pick them up now or on a later date. (She was made aware of what exactly was missing). I told her l'd pick them up now as my family was hungry and everyone was expecting their full meals. She said "okay, just go through the drive thru and let them know you spoke to Sonia." I go, order another 6ct biscuit and 2 sides of gravy, pay for it and pick up the missing items only to be given 3 fries that were half way filled. A manager then came to the window⌠I brought it to her attention in regard to the other 2 missing fries. She says they "gave the other 2 fries in the order" and that she "verified": insinuating as if me and my grandmother were lying about not receiving our other 2ct fries. I told her "wrong" and she began telling the lady in the back kitchen "they need 2 more fries, they said you didn't give it to them," in spanish. After sitting a few minutes waiting, we finally get our order only to be greeted by a second manager (the one pictured with a pink purse) rolling her eyes as she came from the back and clocked out. After the rude altercation, the 2 woman pictured (managers) met at this vehicle. That whole ordeal was uncalled for, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Not to mention we recieved burnt Mac and cheese. HOW HORRIBLE!!!

   Read moreI work in the big store that shares a parking lot with this popeyes. I've eaten there ate least twice a week for over a year, and I take associates as my guests at least once a week. Over the past three weeks I've spent at least 12 minutes waiting to order with no acknowledgement from the apparent team leader every time I've gone in. Today was worse. 17 minutes as second in line, line building to 6 people, and not a word from anyone in the kitchen. The four people working and the lead seem incapable of doing anything other than a single task. While customers waited to order, one person stared at the fryers, one turned the cooked chicken over and over, the lead put mayo on bread and put sandwiches in bags, one didn't move from the drive through window, and one wandered the kitchen. Not a word was spoken to the line until I spoke up and asked if we'd be greeted. The lead was immediately aggressive, responding that she always acknowledges her customers. This is certainly false, as I've been in well over a hundred times since last spring.
This crew seems directionless, the lead incapable of multitasking, coaching her crew, and is unnecessarily hostile to customers when requesting service. There are multiple places to eat nearby that recognize and welcome their guests. I enjoy the food here, but not the process of purchasing it at...
   Read moreI went to Popeyes today and ordered four meals two of the hush puppy butterflied shrimp and two chicken strip meals paid for the food and made it home and realized I was missing one of the four meals call the location to speak to the manager and she was rude. i let her know that I was missing a meal She told me that I had to go back to the location to pick it up I told her that I did not live in the neighborhood and it would be pointless for me to go just for the meal that I was missing I believe that she should give me something else for their mistake. She refused to all she said is all she could replace was my meal so then I told her to reimburse me my money back for the meal I did not get, she did not want to or did she pay attention to what I said she thought I want my whole ticket reinbursed.
