Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Antonio

This place is a pit of bacteria as well as their management I initially had called to give some feedback about a manager Annette but was told to call some Manager and their district manager as I was informing the District manager about the manager and how the have a continuous over turn of employees this lady started asking me if I have ever worked in fast food and if I did would know it's like that everywhere so after her being so defensive while I never became loud or beligerant she made remarks about myself so being that I wasn't getting anywhere I called corporAte to advise of my experience and later that evening the same district manager calledy voicemail not my phone to avoid communicating with me and left a threatening message that after her investigation she was banning me from her location and if I dated show up the cops would be called...CRAZY!!! I never spoke to anyone there at the location regarding my complaint cuz why tell a manager about her own bad service so I just made the call..So this wacko lady made up a complete fictions story so she wouldn't have to correct her employees just eliminate business...This place is ran by a lady named MARY or Maria and apparently she only gives higher wages to her family that works there one of whom is a big fat guy named Richard whom is usually a cook and yes I noticed how someone commented on the hygiene this guy has all these little boils on the back of his neck which he is always touching and then prepares your food...Know employees that have worked there that wouldn't dare use the headset once he had...This is a very crooked business and needs to be...

Consistently gets orders wrong. Its like buying a Mystery Bag.

I don't know whats up with this location, but I get a wrong order more than half the time. In the past I have gotten someone elses order, burgers prepared with missing toppings, or toppings I said I didn't want. Ive been asked if I want cheese, I say no, and the burger comes with cheese I didn't even pay for. Ive gotten mystery sodas I couldn't even identify, I even got a soda I didn't order. They just hand it out the window.

I said no tomato one time. Repeated it 3 times, burger comes out with no onion, but has tomato, they take it back. They remake the burger with no tomato and no onion. At that point I just gave up.

Id say out of my last 15 visits, Ive had wrong orders of some sort, at least 9 of the visits. Its a total gamble as to what you will get when you drive away. Even when I double check my order and think its right, Surprise! something inside the burger is wrong, the soda is a different flavor, the taco is cold, there's no lettuce on the taco.. its always something.

My friends have gone there with me, and crack up laughing as they dig thru the bag on...

Visited this location at 134am on Wednesday May 31st 2023. I placed my order thru the website. Paid almost $30. I drove to the restaurant and was told by a very rude employee the restaurant was closed due to "short staff" I didnt receive my order. Was told to call the customer service number, which by the way there isn't one. I called the corporate number, no one in the office as the recording stated. I went thru the website filed a complaint and requested a refund. No one has reached back to me. No email. No phone call. It seems jack in the box hides behind websites and fake customer service numbers. They seem to not care about having to deal with customers when comes to issues. In my opinion Jack in the Box is guilty of theft bc this establishment took my money without providing me with a service or any goods in exchange for the money they took from my account. What do I need to do for you people at jack in the box to do your dam job. It's 2023 it should have to be this hard. If you people can't efficiently run a business then close it down. I NEED...
