Wendy's — Restaurant in San Antonio

This location has had THE WORST night crew ever. The staff has to be the laziest crew ever, with obviously either no manager on shift or they are at fault for this. Majority of nights they will literally turn off the outside lights and sign so the store appears to be closed. I live nearby and try to order for my kids who request it. But I hate even going to this location because of the many problems I’ve had with them at night only. Even if the outer lights happen to be on, they will purposely ignore you when you pull up to the monitor to order, in hopes that you drive away. I have even timed them at a 5 min wait of me saying hello repeatedly for a response to order. Then they will say I’m sorry for the delay. The cars behind me will leave because of the obvious no response to them. Orders are commonly wrong and I’d love to speak with the owner of this location to tell him to notice the obvious decline in his night sales with this kind of behavior. It’s really just too bad. (The pic below is to show the lights that are purposely kept off to keep them from having to work.) and the front windows seem tinted, so it seems even darker looking at it from Potranco. 0/10!!!!!!!!!! I have never, EVER, EVER had such horrible experience with a place!

I placed a mobile order on my app and pulled through drive thru to pick up. Guy at window told me to pull into mobile order parking spot.

I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES with 2 hungry toddlers in the car. NOT 1 car in the drive thru. NOT 1 customer inside.

I go inside. I’m told by a lady that she’ll be with me in just a minute. SEVERAL minutes go by and she still fixing fries for nobody.

A customer walled in and a young man proceeded to take her order as if I wasn’t already there.

Boy was my meter broken.

I kindly chimed in and said I had placed a mobile order and been waiting 20-30 minutes. Whole time the young man at the window who told me to park was in the same spot at the window staring right at my car.

They gave me a bag. Order was wrong. They fixed it. But I had to wait 10 more minutes for my drinks. Which the lady rudely commented to another staff member “What is she waiting for 🙄”

I’m not one to cause a ruckus but I really had to bite my tongue in this establishment.

I just don’t know what was wrong with these people. And something was clearly wrong.

Went last night after work around 10:45 walked in ordered waited like 15 mins to get my food then noticed right away my wife's fries were cold asked for new ones like 30 seconds later they bring me out fries and told me they were fresh.. they were the exact same fries I gave her it's like she turned around and gave them back to me and just said they were fresh (nuggets were old but didn't complain about them)... I was too tired to complain about it so my wife just didn't eat them at all she starts eating her sandwich and realized they gave her a triple instead of a single which I didn't ask for or even realize I got charged for till after getting food but again was just to tired to complain didn't have the energy after a 11 hrs shift just kept laughing about situation. Then like minutes later a guy walks in talking about his fries were old can he get new ones they tried to give him more old fries he said he wanted fresh fries made. Apparently they just thought they could give everyone those old hard fries till they were gone. I was so disappointed and was such a mistake to eat for my late dinner. I knew I should of went to...
