On 2/6/2025, me and my wife stopped by #15 at 5900 San Pedro, after work top pick up some # 13 chicken strips meals. When we arrived home both of our meals were missing the toast, that comes with meal. I called and spoke to Margaret, who I assume was the manager. After, I explained she said she was sorry, and apologized, she offered to reimburse me with a pie or a desert.This Whataburger, spoiled my after work meal for which I paid full prices for. Sadly, this is not the first time they have made mistakes on our meals, once they did not give us the apple pie I ordered with our meals and another time we again ordered two #13 meals only for them to leave out the gravy dipping sauce. So, with this said I shall not be ordering any more food from the whataburger location at San Pedro and Basse Rd, as as we also by from a northside and downtown location and have never had any issues except for this location. I also think, we shall stick more to bill miller, Mcdonald's or KFC, as they make less errors and own up to there mistakes by having a higher degree of customer satisfaction and order fulfillment competence!
Not again! 5/1/25, what is wrong with this place? My wife got off work and we decided to try and get a couple of whatacatch meals. they come with two pieces of fish, fries and drinks we always order extra toast. We had been buying most of our meals at the whatabuger on Ramsey and San Pedro, since this kind of mishap has already occurred at this location once before. But we were tired after washing clothes and buying groceries so we thought we would take a chance. Well, we got home, and guess what? No Fries! in either order. I called and spoke to the manager, who gave me a haughty attitude and told me that they would be glad to replace "my fries," and that if we wanted to take everything back, they would replace everything! Could you imagine, going halfway across town just to get them to replace the missing fries? Since this was not the first time something like this has happened to us at this location, we will not buy anything there anymore, you would think that if you have customers who spend around $100 per week at their place of business they would at least provide decent customer service! So, for sure after we return their two Whatacatch meals we will never buy there again. The manager I spoke too was that they were just probably too busy, and overlooked the fries, but how can one overlooks something that is a part of a meal on two orders? That is completely unprofessional! From now when we will buy only at a Whataburger in another location, where they do know how to provide decent and professional...
Read moreFirst of all let me just say that this Whataburger is usually always busy. I come here because it's fresh and always tasty. Today, I decided to order online because the drive thru was moving a little slow. For whatever, reason my order was overlooked and was not made within the time frame that was noted on the receipt. I called to see why my order was taking so long to get out and I was told that it never came through the system. When I ordered inside, I was told that the lady (who, by the way, was the ONLY person doing the line orders) skipped over my order 🙄. I was upset but the guy at the cash register assured me that my order was coming up so I waited. I waited for about 5 minutes and then was pleased to see that HE took out the old fries and put it in fresh ones and the burger was still hot too! 👍 I'm giving 3 stars because the guy made sure my food was hot 😌 If it wasn't for him, I would've given one star for the way the lady CLAIMED I had not made the online order even though I had my receipt, and how she didn't apologize for anything. Hopefully the owner/ manager can change the attitude of his workers and give them positive feedback on how to handle things better when they are...
Read moreFast-paced, 3 orders placed. I opted for the Cranberry Apple grilled Chicken salad! Wait...I just realized the remainder is not in the refrigerator? We've had a combination of different foods to try so I didn't remember until placing this review. Hmm, that's a conversation with some ppl, lol. But, I'm pretty sure whom to ask...hubby, lol. It was so good but late so I only took 3 bites. Yes, a full salad. It reminded me of Wendy's version but better and bigger. It's a full sliced grilled chicken fillet, cranberries in a corner, big apple slices together, they said egg too comes in it, I don't remember any egg in mine but again, it was late. Hubby ate the double burger and fries. 3 stars for daughter's 3 piece tenders, toast and sauce only. The tenders were not fresh and were hard! There were actually 2 lines being served. Daughter stated they specialize in burgers so tenders..oh well. She's right! Plus it was late, even though 2 lines were going, tenders were not being ordered or they would have been fresh like the burger was. Also, I opted for grilled chicken, not hot but okay for salad. If opted for fried..the same old hard. But, I'll need to revisit that...
