I wanted to give this place 5 stars initially because I had such high hopes for them. We had our car towed there at our dealerships recommendation they told us it would be a week. We call them on the day we're supposed to pick it up only for them to tell us they had got the wrong part was going to take another week. No one called us to let us know this so we had to arrange for a rental at the last minute and pay a lot more. So when we go pick it up five days later Not only was the problem not fixed because it was rattling terribly which it had never done before my driver side window was broken. On top of that we've had to bring it back 2 days later for them to repair the window and fix the rattling only for them to tell us that the window couldn't be replace that day that I would have to be a few days later. I understand that and I was okay with that but my car was still doing the same thing it was initially doing when it had been taken in for repairs. It feels like it keeps slipping out of gear. So when I talk to the manager he literally told me well at this point for people have drove your car and there's nothing wrong with it so it's going to have to break until we know what is wrong with it. How unprofessional is that? So I responded with not to be rude or anything but you said it was driveable and ready to pick up when in reality it was still rattling uncontrollably and felt like the undercarriage was going to fall off. And now all of a sudden they're telling me I need struts when just two months ago I had all brand new tires put on and everything was checked out and I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. But after complaining all of a sudden now the car is running funny. So I would definitely recommend coming here at your own discretion friend most part they are friendly and family-oriented and are genuinely good with kids however I am still having the same problems...

I highly recommend this business for you automotive troubles let me tell you. How I came to, acquired their service. I bought a car 3months ago, and I thought it’s a newer car, it looks great. Low mileage and then 2days ago. I got a car port and. I see oil on pavement. I was shocked this car is a newer car. The dealer that I got it with knew it had a leak, and I did, ask for the car fax on it!! oh it good, we have them all. On website, excited we didn’t check only took his word ! Don’t ever do that, lessened learned. I look under car and it has a major old leak. I go back to dealer he doesn’t want to take care of it! Or split the cost. But that’s another review. Well I called different places cus, I have to warranty, I’m referred to Surgo Automotive. And when I see the name I was noo! Not a cut rate tire shop. I was wrong, this is a Certified business, I felt at ease, I came here well, has I’m talking to them. I explained my troubles, and the manager heard my concerns. From the start. I felt they were honest and tried everything to help me they called my warranty, company and they would not cover. The repair they manager tells me I’ll take a look at you car and tell you what exactly you will need. What a relief to have an honest person. He looked my car over and gave me the best price. After I went to 4different automotive Surgo automotive , beat the other businesses. We all have car troubles once in awhile, and to get an honest business, is hard to find 4 different auto companies, were outrageously Even Buick dealers, just cause it there make. You will pay 💰 way more, don’t be fooled, Look for those that, hear you and the concern you have. And this business is one of those. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I sent my truck into repair, cause we thought the fuel pump went out but turns out while they were fixing our truck they caught it on FIRE!!! They didn’t notify us! They just waited til we noticed than told us. If we wouldn’t have told them wouldn’t have told us! I THINK ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO INFORM SOMEONE WHEN YOU LIGHT THEIR CAR ON FIRE!!! And at that they didn’t fix the problem, my truck was still having so many problems! So we took it back and fuel pump was still not working correctly after THEY REPLACED IT! Mechanic claimed they removed the bed of the truck to change fuel pump, but what happened instead was we had a shorting in our break lights when they put the bed back! On top of all of that, we got charged $300 for them to fix the problem using 3 PENNIES AND THE ELECTRICAL TAPE TO GET THE BRAKE LIGHTS WORKING AGAIN! WHAT?! 3 PENNIES AND TAPE?! For $300?! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We had to tell them how to fix out truck and they’re the mechanics! If you don’t know how to work on cars, you should be fired.
