One of my favorite places to go walk. Safe from around 6 am until the lights go out around 10:45pm. There are stations with exercise equipment every 1/8th mile around the 1/2 mile track. There's also a lot of land inside that half mile track that's roughly two football fields filled with both mowed grass and climbable trees. The concrete-paved path ain't the easiest on the knees if you're a runner but for walking you will probably appreciate the width and beautiful surroundings. There are 27 lighted poles around the track that are individually numbered as well in case any older folks are worried about the possibility of having anything happen further away from the road or parking lot (you can call and tell emergency services where to find get you within about 50 feet. The parking lot is usually ample for the folks that frequent this walking park and, as a bonus, there's a farmers market Saturdays in the field across the street so you can pick up some fresh strawberries for you post workout shake! Basically, it's a little gem of an exercise park for families and individuals alike! Now if we can only petition parks and rec to rubberize the trail it would be perfect! Oh, and if you prefer to just sit outside and enjoy the blue skies in the open air there are plenty of benches on concrete pads all around the trail. But make no mistake, there are no grills, no hose connections, and no tables. This is an exercise and relaxation park and not a barbecue and party park. It's just not set up for that.

Great park! Decently lit in the morning and night. It's a good area and it does feel safe. It's not very big and it's just a big loop but I mostly go for exercise equipment. People are good with staying on one side of the sidewalk which is great for runners. It's too small in my opinion for bikes. There's a dog friendly fountain water and there's doggy bags on both ends of the park. Trash and recycle throughout. Would be a good place to train your dog on recall I think as the middle part is just unused open space. šŸ‘Morning crowd is very friendly.

It is a park and it has nice paved walking trails but that is about it. The walkways are nice but there is very little shade and only a few benches in the shade most are in the direct sun . If are planning on coming to walk this park . Do it in the morning, I would imagine it would be brutal in the afternoon. It does have nice outside exercise equipment.

This is a paved and lit walking trail that is approximately a half-mile loop. There is parking that fills up during peak hours, but you can also park across the street at the farmers market. There are benches, outdoor workout stations, and a water fountain, but no bathroom or porta potty.

If they put in a restroom or porta potty, some picnic tables, and a playground for the little ones (that would help keep the kids 13 and under off the exercise stations that they shouldn't be on), I will give it 5 stars. Currently the step machine is broken, the crunches/leg lift bench has a crack in it (but is still usable if you bring a towel to avoid cutting yourself), and a few of the lights are not working on the north end of the trail.

It's still a nice place to walk/run and just enjoy...
