
It's simply amazing to me how 1 person representing your company can 💯% make you not want to do business with that company. The associate today , while closing this location 3 hours earlier than posted location hours during text messages received, seems to make it up as she goes .. While having to fill out a form that I had already completed online, I had inquired about the Advertised 24 hour access and if I could add that on in the future when and if needed. (The website that had no * attached or any instructions on need to be a business anywhere on any paperwork or any website associated with this location or any location with the company name or storage Management company. The website even would let me add on and pay for the 24hr access without any business ownership needs required. ) I was rudely toned with "that is only for businesses". I understand and I have dealt with that need before , I informed her I do own a business, that was not in any form the question asked anyway. She sharply asks what kind of business do I own? Really, simply replied to her same tone back to her , it doesn't matter. I have proof of business ownership I have tax ID numbers I have retail retail licenses and you know a DBA registered with the city there's no need to know what kind of company I own. Of course escalated from there I'm just so upset about it. I grab my paperwork, without my driver's license walking out the door. Have to go back to get it from her, which I appreciated , to the constant SIR SIR SIR SIR SIR after , idk . I I had thought this was the property manager thankfully to a picture online I know now that it's not. I asked for the manager name, the district manager name and number at the point also her name , with constant combative responses and putting me out the door like trash . This is a ridiculous,extreme out of control so fast situation that was completely unacceptable. I'm not say my responses were any better, but I am the customer. What is the simple question, is this who and how I want my business to be ran? Definitely need some coaching for the employees. How a simple question of if I can add a feature on later or not turns into locking me out the door as if I were going to attack her is in a matter of seconds and minutes whatever is that it's just the way out of control. I rushed over there to get there before 3:00 to deal with this mess omg why am I still rambling on this mess.
Customer service people. It's not hard. Yet companies are closing doors left and right....
Read moreI would like to express my sincere appreciation to the fine staff at "Your Storage Place." But I would like to thank Ms. Veronica Ortiz specifically, because she has helped me in some difficult situations and when I was under quite a lot of pressure, all the while making me feel at home and at ease.
For example, I travel for work and am presently in an overseas location, where I have been for several months now. Before leaving for my trip, I placed my SUV under the care of "Your Storage Place." On the day I dropped my vehicle off I was in a hurry, but I needed to fit it with a new all-weather car cover I had recently purchased, and I didn't think I had time to put it on by myself. I asked Veronica if she would help me and she happily agreed. My SUV was quickly made weather-proof thanks to her help and I felt I could leave for my trip with peace of mind.
The story continues, however. I have been away for four months now and just this evening I received a call from Veronica. When I returned the call, she informed me that strong winds had torn the cover badly and my vehicle was exposed. I asked her if I could mail her another cover (this time with a role of automotive tape to guard better against the wind) and she agreed to accept it and cover my car for a second time!!! I got so worried at the news of my car being exposed to the elements, but now for a second time Ms. Veronica Ortiz made those worries vanish.
A customer could not ask for more in someone like Veronica, who is so competent and professional, but who is very clearly a good and caring person as well. ...

We would like to say thanks and appreciate both of you for your kindness, your professional courtesies, conduct, and services. Both your personalities are the cherry on top. You guys make a great team and Veronica we must say, you did well training Melissa. I must say each time I called, you would stop and give me full attention and priority. The most recent was when you were out on the golf cart riding in the hot sun making your rounds and conducting tasks. You could have said, I'll call you back in 20 minutes, which would have been fine, but instead you said, let me turn around and head back to the office. You insisted because I mentioned I only had a couple minutes to inquire about something while at work. That was so considerate of placing me first. Thank you Melissa. Veronica, I was there when you were training Melissa, I liked the way you were reasurring her when she asked questions and taking the lead to give her the best of your knowledge. You make a great team. As I have recommended Your Storage Place, to others. I know they will be in good hands.
