KFC — Restaurant in San Antonio

Just bulldoze the place. No one expects 5 star dining or food that's a given but this place is just awful. I don't think they even met minimum standards for fast food from food quality to customer service. I've been to this location a couple of times since moving fairly close to this location and it's always a challenge for them to hear you or you hear them at the drive thru and the menu is like a mile away, ok exaggeration but not by much. Can't get orders correct, my last order a couple of weeks ago was also wrong but not as bad as today, too slow for fast food, and the chicken looks like they fried bats. There are some good reviews for them but are those for a different time of day or weekday when senior management or the owners are on duty? My only experiences have been on weekends.

My order was wrong again today, I should have checked it before I drove off, but customers really shouldn't have to do that, took 2 songs long, that's like an eternity in a drive thru when there is no one else around, had to explain my order three times and the young girl at the window still got it wrong and frankly, looked very confused and unsure on just what they served there. The chicken again was visually unappealing and I guess that's just the way it is. Tiny, very tiny in fact and just unappetizing. Just left there . I didn't bother calling or returning (too far to bother) because I'm done with this place 8/11/19 7:00 pm. Complete waste of $11.62 because what was in the bag was not worth that amount of money since it was a different lower priced item with less contents, so basically they ripped me off. They did get the one taco right, but that does not negate the order being 90% wrong. I ate the food because it was a least chicken and just barely eatable and one side but it's not what I ordered even after repeating my order 3 times. Fortunately, the one side, I ordered the box with two sides; was mashed potatoes and ok. Needless to say the entire experience was less than satisfying. Management or owners are you listening?? or care? or is it just because this location is not in a wealthy area that's what we should expect or deserve? Raise your own bar for food...

I don't go to KFC often but wanted to try the new wraps. I decided to go into the lobby instead of the drive through. I will probably never return to this location due to the slowness of this location. When I first entered no one greeted me for about 15 mins. While waiting a man came in and asked for a refund saying that he had been waiting for his order for 20 mins. I should have just left at this time. Finally the manager who was doing a job interview or hiring process next to register took my order. She did ofter to comp my drink since she apologized for the wait. That was nice of her to acknowledge. I placed my order for 2 wraps and a drink then the real wait began. I tried to get my drink. Almost all drinks were out in the lobby. I asked a worker if they could please get me a Dr. Pepper or Pepsi from the back. He said they were also out in the back and suggested to get whatever was available. That was disappointing since I also don't treat myself to sodas often. After all said and done what should have been a quick in and out visit took me almost 45 mins! That is way too long for supposedly fast food....y'all need to figure that out and do better. All people I dealt with minus the last girl who put my food up were polite though and food was good. That is why 2 stars. But very...

The Drive Thru Menu Prices & POS ARE NOT THE SAME!!! After being overcharged almost $3... Been sitting here waiting 16 minutes for a 5 piece strip meal & a chicken bowl. They're out of Pot Pies tonight... There was one person in the store and no car in front of ours in the drive thru. There's a whole lot of laughing and joking going on but ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. 20 minutes later, I'm still sitting here! Oh! They gave our food to the wrong person! Man oh man... There are only 4 nuggets in this almost $8 bowl... and no Extra Gravy I requested and asked about again BEFORE I took my food. She looked me in the eyes and reassured me it was done. If I had seen the MANY One Star Ratings BEFORE hand, we WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED OUR TIME & MONEY. THIS OWNER OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE BASED ON THE MANY BAD REVIEWS OVER A LONG TIME PERIOD. JUST TRIFLING! I will be reporting this location to the KFC...
