Order was called in at exactly 8:47pm for delivery. A whole hour passes with no phone call or notification. We called in at 9:47pm asking the status of the order. As per the manager the order was delivered. So had to walk outside and look for the order which lo and behold was 25 feet away by our garage! For an hour! Of course with ants in the bottom pizza! The fact that something a human being ingests was just thrown and left on the floor is beyond disgusting! I’m absolutely appalled by the laziness of the staff here. Human decency would be to call the phone number on file and let us know the situation. We head to the store to speak to the manager and all he could ask was “did you leave a table out there” “was there a chair where they could’ve put the food”. We don’t need to draw a diagram to show you the difference between a garage and a front door. What you need to do is hold your staff accountable! Set a high standard! Laziness should not be tolerated when it comes to a service you provide (and get tipped for). I’m sure if we would’ve used the cash option they would’ve found...

Which I didn’t realize nor complain that I was overcharged. Hours later I get a call from Manger (Isabella) asking me if I Received my order because I supposedly didn’t pay. And that she has newbys working the register not knowing what they are doing. Turns out I paid for the wrong order and was owed money back. I went back to the store and was laughed at by all the employees. It escalated where they cops were called and as soon as I asked for corporates number they didn’t know it and offered to give me a complete refund. But mention they never want our business...
