This McDonald's suffers from very poor customer service. They have sassy people taking orders at the drive thru that are too busy flirting and laughing with coworkers instead of paying attention to your order. Then they ask you several times to repeat yourself. You get to the window to pay and the flirting and laughter are still going on where they are turned away from you to attend to the coworker. Then you get the order at the 2nd window and you have everyone standing around including crew leaders or supervisors watching the things going on but not addressing it. I check my order at the window and find several burgers are not made as requested and I let them know. I get dirty looks because I refuse to get parked. If management was in control and assisting with the orders instead of texting on their phone I wouldn't have be to be getting parked. Mind you for for those who don't know, everything in that store that is fried or on the grill should not take more than 4 minutes to get made. Yet I waited over 37 minutes for the remake of my food and then they were upset when I asked them to replace the fries that were already cold and the drinks that were watered down. Don't know how this store got this way. But it definitely needs employee replacement starting...
Read moreThese employees don't listen and don't care. Came here for a Deluxe Crispy Meal and Big Mac Meal both medium size. Told the cashier 2x that it was a "Deluxe". I didn't check the receipt until they gave me the food and I realized they rang me up wrong. They rang me up for a regular crispy and 2 large meals. I came back around the drive-thru to let them know and the window worker left with the Crispy and came back 5 minutes later. She said they would need to charge me extra for the lettuce and tomatoes. I asked why would they need to do that when they made a mistake. She left again for another 5 minutes. At this point the rest of my food was cold. They weren't going to upgrade the meal even though I was up charged for a large when I asked for a medium. So at that point, I asked for a refund. Another 5-10 minutes went by and no one came back to the window so I went inside. The manager only brought me half my refund. At this point, I was livid. I will never go back here even if it's the only place open in a hurricane. Terrible service, terrible employees, not worth the hassle...
Read moreI ordered my food on the app because I was in a hurry and limited on time but Hungry. Pulled up on the curbside pick up . I waited 5 minutes then 10 then 15 minutes . Next thing you know it’s been 30minutes waiting for my food when 2 people that arrived to curbside after me received their food before me . I got off to see what was the delay and they said I hadn’t ordered anything even tho I was clearly showing them my app and my card was already charged . They finally found it and they stayed quiet and nobody knew who had skipped my order . Anyway I wait 15 more minutes more and drive where I had to be just to find out they gave me Diet Coke instead of regular coke. The most annoying thing ever was that nobody took responsibility or even simply apologize. Always a frustrating experience here and I’m the type of person that’s very comprehensive and isn’t picky . Tired of their slacking . Should’ve gone to the whataburger next...
